Do you think they'll change the restriction anytime soon that unvaccinated foreign nationals are not allowed? (As of a couple months ago the US State Department states the Philippine government did away with the quarantine option, and I've confirmed that with PAL). The quarantine option remains only for Filipino nationals. Is that other people's experiences also? Any thoughts on if the new government may relax things, please? Im afraid not, since it seems the rule changed right after he took office.

I assume that PAL is always up to date, as they pay the financial price of allowing the wrong people to come to NAIA, by having to transport them right back to the point of origin.
My crystal ball is as clear as all of ours back when the pandemic was young:

Not that my crystal ball is any better than the gents thoughts (above). The good news is that CC has bucked the system, with several others about to do the same, so we see where it goes from here.

I like your attitude regarding this whole program, and the newly rolled out technology; the only shots available to those of us in the US. You seem to have an open mind about it all. Im not opposed to something like the yellow fever vaccine where they take a part of the actual virus and put it in you, actually inoculating your ass, without some messenger RNA I know very little about.

I am planning a trip to the Phils in Oct / Nov, and hoping to explore some new areas: probably Boracay and Cebu.
I am surprised there are not any dedicated threads for those popular spots.
Or are there? Am I missing something?

I haven't seen much info over the years on Boracay, but I thank this is a little action. However, most info that I have read suggest that you bring your own. I took a girl to Boracy one time that I met in Manila, it was the second (and last) time I met her in Phil. I would like to go back to Boracy sometime, but would probably try to meet someone first in Manila, Cebu, etc.

Boracay is not popular. Trust me. Lived there for 5 years. The game you play there vs Manila or Cebu is different.

They are then free to travel within Cebu province only. Manila: still no entry or quarantine option for the unvaxed. I recently posted about yellow fever requirements on the Madagascar thread but fortunately it is not endemic to South-East Asia. However, like the Covid shots, adverse reactions, including death, do occur. Colombia waives yellow fever shots for the over-60s, suggesting vaccine reactions are age-dependent.
I took YF vaccine, aged a super-healthy 20, but it still laid me up in bed with a kind of 'flu' (bodily detoxification from the vaccine) for a few days. 'Viruses' have never been scientifically isolated and proven to transmit; they were concocted a century ago by the ruling elite for population control through toxic, 'prophylactic' (preventative) vaccines. Millions will die prematurely from the shots, or not be born at all through infertility, but the good news is that the Covid plandemic has alerted a critical mass of people to the true global agenda.
