Coming back to Chiang Mai
I'll be back in Chiang Mai for my 3rd visit in the past year. I'll also be spending time in Bangkok and Pattaya so I'll have plenty of opportunity for fun and won't mind the more laid back Chiang Mai scene. But reading here it sounds like it might be even slower than before!
I had good luck at Spotlight last time with a lady who wasn't a looker but was an All Star in bed, a true freak. Also, I had a great time at a massage place between the Shangri-La and the Night Market with a great masseuse who gave FS extras that were outstanding. I hope to repeat with both.
Also, last trip we visited the Muay Thai fights and there was a knockout huge breasted girl at one of the bars inside who I couldn't do because I was with business colleagues. I am thinking of going back just to see if she is still there.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to my visit. I always have fun there even though it's a shadow of what it was 10 or even 5 years ago. I'll report back when I get there.
In the meantime, any tips would be appreciated although I plan to do the Loi Kroh, Spotlight, Foxy Lady scene mostly.

Two day visit to Chiang Mai
Arrived about midday and already booked into Raming lodge. Good hotel, GF and close to all I wanted. This hotel is on Loi Kroh st to which there are many small restaurants and bars. Spent the afternoon getting my bearings. After a top meal walked to the night markets to check out massage places. There are a few but all have happy endings but not much else.
Then back to Loi Kroh back towards town centre a little soi to the left has a few bars with girls. Only average so went further down past Raming lodge and found 5 or 6 bars, all with girls. All still only 6's and 7's but after a few drinks left with one. 300bt bar fine and 100 all night. Sessions that night and then an early morning session and she left at 8. 00 am.
Tourist things the next day and then early dinner and to a bar 200metres from hotel and met another seven. As it was early I had a couple of drinks with lady. Barfined her at 8. 30 and went to my hotel for a couple of lively sessions before a sleep. A good performer waking up early asking me for more. Everything was on the menu for both nights and even though the quality was not Bangkok well worth the price of 1000bt plus 300bt for bar.

I'm wondering about the attitude of hotels to punting in CM, which sounds a relatively conservative place. Are there ST hotels? And / or are conventional hotels generally girl-friendly?
Most grateful for any thoughts.

some time ago i accidentally discovered the pretty club, elite massage from a thai newspaper advertisement.
last week i decided to give it a try.
not easy to find.
travel down the nimmanhemin road heading towards doi suthep. pass the kad suan kaew shopping mall that will be on your left.
about 3 kilometres passed kad suan kaew you will see a bangkok bank also on your left. turn into the soi where that bank is on the corner.
go down the soi until it comes to a dead end. there you will see a big garden and small car park. that's it, the pretty club.
this club is run entirely by students of chiang mai university as a means for them to pay their tuition fees.
a very tasteful rep001tering of buildings. not seedy in anyway. walk into the reception, where a nice young lady receptionist should greet you.
they all speak passable english, enough for you to communicate.
the lady explained to me the service and the price.
an oil massage and body massage. 799 baht 40 minutes. 999 baht 1 hour.
i agreed and then she called out a selection of a dozen girls for me to choose. everyone a stunner. 10 out of 10. ages from 19 to 21. not the usual old skank available in the town, this was good quality, the real stuff.
so i chose a girl and off we went into a nice room with shower, mirrors and a clock standing on small draw unit next to the bed.
first the girl went into the wc room to pamper herself up a bit, and then she stripped off all but her canvas shorts.
i lay naked on my stomach in the bed and the massage began. she covered me in oil and slid along my back backwards and forwards. great i thought.
then after 5 minutes everything began to change. the girl prodded me for my attention. she said here are the rules; no touching and the shorts stay on unless i pay her an extra 700 baht. being as i'the gone this far, i agreed. the girl then took off her shorts and she was completely naked. she was mouth wateringly gorgeous. so off we go again and this time she allowed me to feel her everywhere. but there was no kissing, no close contact and no intercourse allowed.
another 10 minutes passed and the girl decided to go to the loo. i noticed that she craftily took the clock with her so as i would not notice the time.
after the massage she followed this by giving me a hand job and she wasn't so good at that either. then into the shower where she gave me a wash down and that was that.
i estimated that in total the whole session lasted for 40 minutes, which cost me 1700 baht.
as far as i saw the situation it was a snifter of some decent pussy, somewhat like having the foreplay without the sex.
this has not deterred me from visiting the pretty club again and i wouldn't advise anyone else not to go either, only as they say; once bitten twice shy. so i advise that if you go, is to confirm what you get and for how much before entering the room with any of the girls.
