Everyone myself included is looking forward to Polvo's arrival (hope he remembers to bring Jack) so we can do it again before everybody heads out again.
A few years back Lima was one of the epicenters of mongers and there was a tremendous vibe going on. Now it seems like the financial crisis, Lima's Fog or just the pretty gals of MDE have changed everything!

I was just at Las Cucardas in April and the admission charge was 20 Soles. Also prior to my April trip R y V was 80 soles for the house.
What burns me up a little is that when the dollar starts to fall these fuckers then raise the price for service. Go figure.
I spent June 5-10 in Lima, and let me tell you this, thank god for David_33 because his friends definitely made this trip a memorable one. David_33 set me and my friend up with 6 of his friends (3 for each of us), and all were 100% GFE, charming, friendly, very cute, and most of all, very punctual. All of them arrived within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time, which is a miracle in itself in Latin America from my experiences. Thanks again David!
Aside from David_33's friends, I visited Tequila Rock twice without pulling a chica from there, Club Scarlet once (it was quite the experience being the only group of gringos at the place during the comedy show), Las Cucardas once and Relax y Vida #1 once.
Tequila Rock is more like a place to people watch than a place to actually pick up girls. All of the girls there are such hardcore pros its just painful to talk to them. Club Scarlet was a lot of fun, there was loud booming music, a large crowd, and some very interesting stage shows including a comedian and a chick who danced naked with some sort of python wrapped around her body. Las Cucardas was interesting as well, I didn't see any chicas asking for more than 40 soles like a previous poster did, and I sessioned with a very nice girl with large natural breasts and a great ass who actually kissed and gave some GFE. For 40 soles, the value was there. I'd go back to this place.
Relax y Vida was a ton of fun. There wasn't a large selection of girls there when I went, but I chose a dark chick named Sandra who gave a great massage (no BJ though, only HJ) and was a good kisser as well. For what you get at R y V (90 minutes of pampering), the price (90 soles plus tip) is well worth it. I tipped 50, even though perutops says to only tip 30.
My one complaint about Lima is the taxi drivers. None of them know where they're going! I got into so many cabs that swore they knew where to go only to have them stop for directions 5 or 6 times along the way. Any Tom, Dick or Nancy can drive a cab in Lima, there appears to be no regulations regarding it, so be wary and make sure to negotiate. Oh yeah, and never use a taxi stand, always hail a cab. Theres tons of them.

i have been in lima during the past 5 days, and before leaving i documented myself by reading tons of reports from more experienced members. i used extensively the information contained in the various lists published on lima and its places.
the plan was, in a short time, to have a taste of everything. i do understand spanish and can waffle my way out, but i can not say i am proficient.
what i tried:
1. relax y vida. nice place, went there at evening, more or less 10 girls available, 90 soles entrance, 1 hour of pampering. ryv has an interesting formula. if you are in for sex, it is the wrong place to go, there is relatively little of it. if you want to relax and feel alive, the girl of your choice will try her best to make you feel good. eventually you will end up on a massage table with a nice, nude girl crawling all over you, kissing you and giving you a hj. then into the jacuzzi, steam sauna, washed, dried, and ready to go back into the killing lima traffic. girls are trained, the place is clean and up to western standards. tip is approx 40-50 soles. recommended.
2. sauna royal spa, av. republica de panama # 6570. cheaper as entrance goes, 45 soles, it is possible to get full services for 150 soles. the place is quite in need of some restauration, even the massage beds were beyond their useful life. girls were not particularly attractive. not recommended, if you want to get laid there are cheaper options, and if you want a massage there are better options.
3. trocadero. here is a question of taste, and very subjective... i personally did not like the place. the building is most probably an old prison, converted in a huge brothel. it caters mainly to locals. 20 soles to get in, 20 soles to the girl for full services, although it is common to ask more for anything else than straight sex. no security, very dirty, the stench of [url=http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109][CodeWord109][/url] is thick as the pollution in the city. the botecito is in the same building, separate entrance sido to side. did not try it. as a perception, that i can not confirm, it is a perfect place for a very quick getting laid and for getting an std. on the way to and from there (callao), i observed the 'third world' side of lima, which was interesting. anyway, the choice is huge, there were hundreds of girls there... not recommended, but on a purely subjective basis.
4. las cucardas, ricardo treneman 875. everybody knows this place, just ask the taxi driver. prices as reported. it is a small place, very different than the trocadero, but the scheme is the same. girls stand out of their rooms, waiting for customers. overall quality much better than the trocadero, but it costs a minimum of 73 soles (23 entrance and 50 the girl). it is also in a rather shitty area of lima. public is mostly locals. security is available, your cell phone will be taken at the entrance and given back when you leave. recommended for a quick fuck, but do not expect too much. overall ok.
5. tequila rock in miraflores. i personally liked the place. went there around 2300, 30 soles admittance, security, beer 10 soles. nice to see the amount of silicon that walks around the place. was quoted 300 soles by a jungle girl. should you be unable to host the girl at your place, there seems to be a st hotel one block away, for 100 soles for three hours. all girls are pro's. i guess it is a nice way to spend an evening without breaking the bank and being 'hunted' by these sharks. recommended, but beware as below.
6. pizza alley. went there early, ended up in the pub at one of the ends of the street. did receive a number of warnings about girls tricking your drink, with the result that you fall asleep and wake up with nothing else than your pants on. also, reported that girls working there can be outright scams, and worse. be very careful if you invite one of them to your place, mind your belonging. same applies for tequila rock. these girls are free-lancers, which means that when they hit, they disappear. the alley is also full of barkers. i could not relax a second there, felt unsecure. not recommended.
7. ex-cess bar in larcomar shopping centre. small place, 20 soles entrance, three floors but one vip only. alltoghether a scam, nothing to do there.
general observations. lima, for some reason, felt bad to me. the traffic is insane, distances are very large, and i felt unsecure at all times. air is very polluted, and most of the city i saw is dirty and unpleasant. people all around the places looks sad and depressed. lots of poor people, but no beggars. lots of police as well, although i was told that it is as corrupted as the trocadero. prices, excluding the 'popular' options, do not match the overall cost of living, far too high. 300 soles at this time is about 100 usd, and approx. a third of a normal salary. i have been here too short time, but the taste that remains in me is rather poor. the chance for gringo treatment is high for foreign-looking people. peruvian do not seem to believe in returning business, and turistas are not treated very well.
on the positive side, peruvian girls are nice, good looking and, if in the right context, very sweet.
i am not sure i would return for mongering here, i know better places, especially in asia. in europe i can have much better and safe experiences with 100 usd. i must add that i did not make use of david33 help and assistance (my fault), so i probably saw the lower end of the scale. if you go to lima, make absolutely sure your hotel is gf. if you can not call for a pizza, your options are limited to get yourself in the lima mess, spend large amount of time in a broken down taxi, and be exposed to a number of unpleasant efforts and adventures. beware about where you go and with whom you go, it is overall very much hit or miss.

I agree with you. For a monger who is looking for traditional "shooting fish in a barrel" chica venues, and doesnīt speak Spanish, Asia is a superior alternative. Or for latinas, Sosua would probably be a better choice for you.
You did the traditional mongering spots here. Pizza Street SWs have a type of union and donīt let any young cuties in. Thats why they are hard core older and uglier women. I have written previously about Cucardas, I am 100% against wasting time and money there unless one suffers from premature ejaculation. I have always liked the Troc for cheapie down and out sex. However I think that speaking Spanish probably makes the Troc experience a better one. As one who dislikes both hardcore clock watchers and silicon, I also avoid TR. However some visitors who speak Spanish have managed to find something worthwhile there every now and again, but I think that comments are generally negative at a proportion of at least two to one.
i have to admit, i'm a bit bewildered by the post from arthur66. i have been studying the peru thread for quite a long time, and i think this is the first (almost) completely negative report i've seen. i mean, so many have raved about it! i realize lima is not rio (which i have been going to for the last several years), but still. i wouldn't expect it to be such a terrible place!
i will visit peru anyway, because i have a very strong, almost irresistable urge to see machu pichu, but will probably skip or shorten my stay in lima if this is the case. i'd be very interested to hear observations from other folks regarding lima in general, not just the hobby.

I was able to get a minivan for three persons with six pieces of luggage for $19 to Miraflores at the desk outside custom area. I was more than relieved since I did not want to haggle with the sharks outside after my pickup failed to show up. Jorge Chavez airport was picked as the best in SouthAmerica.
Tried to go to this new spa today around 1pm but no girls were available. They open at 11am but the girls donīt show up till 2:30 or after. Has anyone tried this place? Its located on Faucett 216, a few blocks off La Marina.
