Monday night rain / HK Maintenance issues
MarksofMagic,
Glad you brought up some very good issues.
1. Guys like FFF, who rain $ bills on the floor then step on them all night like dirt, are just stupid trash, with no consideration for potential dirt, disease, contamination on the bills when other people handle them. There should be laws against intentionally contaminating bills. These stupid guys just disgust me. Will hit my bank for loose tip $s in the future.
2. We were in HK Sunday night, nice and dry, had a fun time. Monday's rainstorm must have been a huge one to bring down enough water to flood the main floor. HK has the light and sound control panels, plus the subwoofers, stored under the main stage. Hope nobody got electrocuted. Flood water probably brought all the dirt and gunk on the street, made it smell like sewer. Yuk!
3. I have always been scared of the glass cat walk held up by a few tiny metal brackets, as big, heavy guys hang their huge bellies over the rail ogling hot girls. The glass or the brackets may break under load. I would never want to sit on the cat walk or under it. Falling through the glass or over the rail would really hurt. You want to live long to enjoy the ho house, not get killed in it.
Looking forward to fun time with hot girls next weekend!
HK flooded during heavy rain night? Where did someone fall through plexi-glass?
Never sit on the bottom stage floors during heavy rains. Hk stage sits below street level. Everywhere around the main stage straight flooded and smelled like sewer.
I am never sitting on the 2nd floor cat walk glass area. Someone actually fell through the glass on Sunday night. The area is still closed off. But never will I be sitting on that class cat walk. I've seen someone go over the rails on the 2nd floor but not through the glass..
Thanks. So the flood is near the main stage by the front entrance. Understood.
Re Someone actually fell through the glass on Sunday night.
So. The back stage (where they have foam shows, etc) is not flooded -right?
Did the person's fall get stopped or did they actually crash to the ground?
Do you have photo of that section. It is really scary.
Where exactly did someone go through the glass?
The area above the back stage? Near where the girls do shows on second floor?
