In my experience, they are one of the best options. When I visit Kiev, I try to spend some time during the day around Taras Shevchenko University. Yes, its true, the propensity of members posting opinions contrasted with the lack of useful info over here in the FSU sections, compared to country boards like Spain, and many Asian and South American sections that have great detailed info on places to find ladies, their prices, and how the ladies rated, is clear and obviously leaving you quite frustrated.
