My intention was in no way to defend those guys. That is seriously messed up and yes I would consider that criminal. I was putting forth an alternative scenario that would be more ethical assuming the girls knew what the plan was.

The two graphs say it all regarding the pandemic effects on tourism. The year prior to pandemic, 2019, shows 8 million visitors. 2020 = 1. 5 million, 2021 = 0. 16 million, and this year (country re-opened in February) so far (second graph) about 800,000.

But then they were hitting about 35 million tourists a year before the pandemic. Also they opened back up earlier and have been advertising more.

The USA Still requires proof of vaccination before entering For non-citizens. To me the really stupid part is that having Covid doesn't count toward being vaccinated. I was vaccinated with the Jansen J&J one shot vaccine in April 2021 so I am considered vaccinated in most countries even without a booster shot. I did get the Phizer booster in April because I was thinking of traveling through Quatar in May. No more shots for me. That booster was worse than when I had the flu in June.

Well, for one, PH is now allowing unvaccinated travelers to enter, so it's kind of a moot point. They just need to get an antigen test 24 hours before departure. Still pretty dumb since being vaccinated doesn't mean you get on the plane without covid. The reasoning (when it was required) would be 'Hey we don't want another huge flare up in our country and all you foreigners filling up our hospitals, and the vaccine does prevent that, for the most part'. That being said, the jury is still out on whether or not the new omicron-based shot keeps you from getting it. I got it, so I guess I'll let ya know with my anecdotal evidence. I will say that everyone in my close circle currently has covid except for me, so I guess that's somethin. Interesting to note though, the original Pfizer trial data with the vaccine that was based on the alpha variant was 95% effective in preventing you from getting it. But within two months it had mutated and that was all out the window.

I have heard that Thai hospitals lead the world in penis reattachment surgeries. Also having a relationship with a "nice girl" is a long term commitment.
