More Thoughts / Observations on PG Sabang
1) A higher percentage of girls in Sabang will not do BJs compared to Angeles.
2) The average English fluency level of the girls in Sabang (including hotel staff) is lower than Angeles.
3) Compared to 8 years ago (and even 2 years ago) , the average quality / looks is higher. Maybe the higher barfine is attracting the cuter girls? Some of the 3000 Peso spotlight girls in Angeles should come to Sabang; they will make more money.
4) IMO, the quality of the girls in the Phillippine Village Disco was decent; similar to the quality at Venus. I thought those were the best 2.
5) The Asians in Sabang are not all Koreans. There are Japanese and Chinese people around.
6) Observed a new trick. 3 Asians came to Venus and sat on the couches in front. Then they got all the mamasans to bring their cute girls around. Then they took 3 and left. They treated the place like a take-out lineup. It's better if you don't want to drink because the lighting is better, and you don't have to pay for the 250 pesos ladydrinks.
7) Got stung by an old trick; never barfined that girl I wanted at Venus because the guy barfined her long time (3+ nights).
8) It only takes 10 Koreans to take the best 15-20 girls (7s and some 8s). The remaining, IMO, isn't that bad.
9) Girls are not slaves; they don't have to go out with you (if you're disgusting) if they don't want to.
10) Sabang has always been known as a party scene (8 years ago; not sure about 25 years ago). Not much has changed except now they built / are building on what remaining open land they had; more hotels with dive shops, cottages and a few more bars. Plus the prices for SMLs (50 or 60 to 80) and barfines (2000 to 3000) have gone up, just like most places. Koreans have always been around (although not as a high percentage as it is now). Also, the Koreans always went to the bars early to take out the cutest girls.
11) Sabang is not a place to go if you want to "get away from it". A good option for peace and tranquility is Big Laguna. Approx a 20 minute walk from Sabang. Not many people around. 1 obvious Korean resort, but most of the people on the beach were White. But be warned, there are Russians around. LOL! But thank goodness, didn't notice any Arabs or NGOs around. LOL!
Comments about Puerto Princesa, Palawan
1) The main street is Rizal Ave. I like Palawan because it is eco-friendly; Honda bay tour and Sabang underground river were nice. There is no litter; hardly no beggars; and the trikes don't rip you off. Tour guide said crime is the lowest in the Philippines.
2) The Phoenix KTV is on a road south from Rizal across from the chain link fence of the airport. Most trikes should know it. The girls wore bikinis under a negligee. Girls dance on a stage in the middle. Girls were on the ugly side. 4s and 5s; 275 ladydrink; 3000 pesos barfine. I asked the mamasan if that was ST or LT. She said it was up to the girls. WOW! An honest mamasan. There were several locals and 3 White guys there at 9:30.
3) There is another girlie bar called Copacabana (sp?). From Phoenix, you continue south for couple of minutes. More ugly girls. Girls wore regular clothes in an outside bar. There was only 1 local at 10 PM.
4) The most upscale seems to be Equus KTV on Rizal Ave. There were nice cars out in front. Just several locals in the bar. It was dark; girls had regular clothes; girls don't dance on the stage. Mamasan came over and said she will call the girls for me to choose. I asked her to get the cutest ones. 2 came over; they were 5s. She said the barfine was negotiable.
5) There are several small outdoor KTVs on Rizal Ave. The girls are even more ugly. I asked the girl out in front at Art Venue KTV (?) if barfines were available. She said yes.
6) Was told there is a girlie bar called Golden Light (?) 45 minutes away.
7) Quality of girls was disappointing. Didn't see any Koreans in the girlie bars. Was told that direct flights from Korea to Puerto Princesa is going to start pretty soon. Now before some of you bitter ex-pats complain, I think that is going to improve the nightlife. You have to understand the concept of supply and demand. Cute girls are not going to work at places where there is low demand for their services. When the hordes of Koreans come to Palawan, the demand will be there for cute girls. Then maybe decent looking girls will come to Palawan. You just have to get there early to pick them up before the Koreans.
Mission Aborted in Sabang. Three days of Korean strangeatude!
Spent a 3 day weekend in Sabang and it was indeed entertaining. Not in a great way. I did notice the crazy ratio of Koreans to everyone else. At least 1:1. They would all (10 to 15 in large chain-smoking groups) head to the bars at 7:00 PM. And shortly thereafter (also as a group) stagger back to their resorts with the evenings catch. (that said, I wouldn't say they were taking all the lookers. The real stunners seemed to be with the oldest members of the group, the relatively younger ones were clearly herding livestock; which I considered a public service.) From our friends hotel lobby we would watch this migration, every day, just after sundown.
Luckily, I brought my own with me. And she (my girl) was looking for a little adventure pussy so on the first night we tried our luck at Coco Lips and Sabang Disco at 9:30 PM. Coco Lips was juts plain sad. I have never seen such an undesirable gathering of bored dancers since my last visit to Nana Plaza. The average customer age had to be pushing 65+. It was less like a bar and more like an adult day-care center. (apologies to my brothers over 65, I know we all look in the mirror and still see ourselves at 25) Sabang disco was a little better in terms of selection. However, we were with friends and decided to punt on the take-out until later in the weekend.
On our second night. We gave the Sabang Disco another try and found a nice little 18-19 year old package. However; she had never been with another girl before and claimed to be on the rag. We did get her number, we did not get the stunning little Japanese looking girl we had our eyes on. (too bad. Talking to a smashed Korean) Instead, we wound up focused on the drinking and wound up at a friends house chatting in to the evening.
On the final day. My girl txt's the cute package from the bar and asks if she can bring a friend by the hotel, just for me. My girl woke-up to find that Aunt Flow has come to visit her. (perfect timing) It was mid-afternoon, seemed like fun and while I always prefer to play with my girl in the mix a little 1:1 couldn't do any harm. With my girl on the rag. Things weren't looking good anyway.
Cute package shows up with a chunky 18 year old who really looks like an experienced 17. When I come out of the shower she covers her eyes and backs away in fear. Chatting like crazy to her friend, and then the both of them to my girl.
Apparently, this girl "only goes with Koreans". And she was freaking out at the size of my cock.
Now. I'm not one to brag, I think my little solder gets the job done (6. 5".7" when measured optimistically) But I've never seen a girl back away in fear from it. I'd be a little less weirded out about a giggle perhaps. So after some clucking in Tagalog we wind up sending them packing. I didn't want to deal with an inexperienced girl brought up on entertaining men with low expectations. That evening we headed back to Sabang and Philippines Disco. Nothing worth taking out; opted for a good nights sleep instead and caught the 10:00 AM boat back to Batangas, and then on to Manila.
I don't blame the Koreans, and I won't say Sabang sucks. And we had a great time (all things considered). The prices for food were higher than Makati. Rooms were cheap, it was a real mixed bag across the board. I'd go back. I'd leave my expectations at home, and time it around my girls cycle.
