Get yourself a copy of the free, local North Sydney community newspaper. At the back there is a listing of places of interest. If you can't find one, ask your hotel for a copy.

If that fails, there is an even better back up plan. Just walk 2 kms north along Pacific Highway (from North Sydney) until you get to a suburb called Crows Nest. There is a massage place I have been to a number of times that seems a good combo of a RnT and an actual good massage, about 10 minutes walk up the highway. I have attached a map shot of it.
