Rio de Janeiro Reports

Went to Flavia Massagens today. A few days ago went to Rio Branco 185 as indicated in another report but no cigar. A google search indicated Rio Branco 181, sala 1506. Went there an waited outside with two other guys. No luck. Outside the building, I called them and they indicated they moved to sala 1006. Not sure if that's because of the raid (s). I didn't bother asking.

The receptionist was real cool. I woulda done her if she was available. She knew it too. 4 girls were available. I asked about Brenda or Debora but neither were available. BA 85 is open on Saturdays. Usually there are 1 or 2 floors open. ON Saturdays, floor 2 is always open. Floor one is open quite often but usually staffed by girls from the other floors, especially from floor 3.

181 Rio B. is Flavia Massage....thats the second place I visited that was shut down as well. But there is good news, both places are up and runnning again. But they are short on staff. So give it a week or so before you make a vist to either place.

What's up everybody. I'm currently partaking in my first ever trip to Rio de Janeiro and I thought it would be good to share some of my experiences so far as a complete newbie. I went on a little adventure earlier and I'm glad that I did. This is my first report so bear with me.

Yesterday I gave myself a little tour of Centro. I wanted to know exactly where BA85 and 4x4 were as well as the casas de massagem. Unfortunatly as this was a somewhat impromptu tour I had forgotten to bring Sperto's map, and without it I didn't have much of a chance finding the places that didn't have their addresses in their name...

After finding BA85 and 4x4 I decided that I might as well check out BA85 since I was there and I hadn't brought enough money with me to venture into 4x4.

Newbie take on BA85:

Wow, it was not what I had in mind. Loud music, good. Lots of garotas, better. My very limited Portuguese, bad. Treacherous stairs, worst. I came in wanting to take my time and find someone good. I remembered hearing bad things about the first floor so I skipped it my first time through and went exploring. There are definitely some good ones in there but you have to look, and I would suggest getting a good stretch in prior to entering. I ended up going up and down those stais so many times that I caught a cramp in my calf and I'm in good shape. I figured that was a sign, so I went looking for some of the garotas that had caught my eye during one of my climbs.

I found one, but a combination of nerves and tiredness prevented me from asking her name. She was on the 4th floor, if I remember correctly, and was wearing a leopard print one piece that showed off her bunda nicely. We talk for honestly a minute, the language barrier is strong with this one. And I'm not getting answers that I like from the few questions that I could bring myself to remember. But I liked her bunda and I was ready to leave so I figured, what's R$15 and went for it.

She offered the bathroom, it was pretty gross so I pretty much was in and out of there. The cabine was small but adequate and the bed was better than I had imagined. Service was mechanical and everything was covered. It was nothing special. But I couldn't really expect more from someone I didn't even take the time to get to know. I finished up and left.

Overall, I believe that this is a place that could grow on you, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it as a newbie's first trip. I found it a little daunting and knowing practically no Portuguese with all the locals that were there was not a good thing. I'm sure a couple guys asked me about another floor or told me to pass them on the stairs, but instead I would just nod and smile. Once I have a better grasp of the language I may return but not during this trip.

Tijuca Massagens (Adventure):

Now for my adventure. Last night I was too tired to go out and instead decided to do some research for today and call it an early night. I checked out a couple places and found this place while browsing gpguia, [url]http://www.massagemtijuca.com.br/[/url]. It is located in Maracanã at Av. Paula e Souza, 214. I couldn't find any reference to it on here and decided that since it seemed to have some good reviews there I would check it out and share a gringo's perspective.

When you arrive they buzz you in (close the door unless you happen to like having Brazilian garotas screaming "fecha la porta" at you) and you enter a nicely sized casa that unfortunately smells slightly of smoke. They take you into a small room with comfortable couches and bring in all of the girls that are available. Now a quick notice, the pics on the site are photoshopped and I mean photoshopped... Not to say that they aren't attractive, just not as attractive as they are on the site. There were about 8-10 garotas, I honestly was concentrating so hard on the ones that I liked from the site and that the ones that I liked in person that I forgot to count. I settled on Beatriz. They ask you how long, R$50 for 30 and R$90 for an hour. They also have a half hour dupla for R$75 and hour dupla for R$150. I went with 30 and up we went.

She is 23, has a very pretty face, nice lips, great bunda, and speaks enough English for us to be able to converse with my broken Portuguese. The room was nice albeit a little smokey. Bed was big and comfortable and she covered it with a clean sheet. There was also a massage table and what may have been a love chair, I'm not quite sure what it was. She offered a shower and towel before which I accepted, and she did the same. A sign said no xia xia in the showers so I didn't ask to join. After that we got to business.

She started with a good bbbj, which lead to one pop which she said could go about anywhere. I asked about her mouth and I'm sure that she would have been fine with it but I didn't feel like pushing it. Then more bbbj between lots of kissing to some foda. She started on top and then we switched to doggy. It was nice watching that bunda bounce around. I ended up popping twice in my 30 and I'm sure that she would have been happy to go again but I was satisfied and wanted to save some for later just in case. Anyways, about the casa. I got there around 12:30 and it was really quiet, I was the only guy there but most if not all of the girls were there. I really don't think that this place sees a lot of gringos. They seemed a little taken aback when I told them that I wasn't Brazilian. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it if you're feeling adventurous. It's a little cheaper than the centro casas, but it's also a little harder to find if you're not familiar with the area, which I'm not. Also I'm not sure if this is the best area to wander around aimlessly and alone. I never felt uncomfortable, but I may also just be blissfully oblivious... I haven't had the opportunity to get to the centro ones so I can't give a comparison, but I'm sure that the service is at least as good and they were a lot less crowded. I'd love to do a comparison if I ever make it to one of the centro casas now that I know they are indeed open.

Almost forgot, here's some quick and sloppy directions for those who are interested: Take the Metro Line 1 to Estacio, change to line 2 and get off at São Crastovão. Exit the metro, cross the bridge and head in the same direction that the Metro was going. When you come up to the block with the stadium make a left and then a quick right onto Av. Paula e Sousa. I didn't catch the name of the street that you first turn on but it is the one directly before the stadium. The address is 214 and it has a large metal door with a buzzer.

Each trip since I have always poped in there. Great place. Alot of mongers may think that I am rude for comenting about not so pretty gdp's (asking copa prices, especially mp.) but in my opinion if you are going to take a mp, ta or help girl she must be good looking, otherwise go to centro and pay the prices brazilians pay for sex. Ba 85 has similar quality to mp. They may not give you the illusion that you are there girl friend like mp girls, but you are paying for sex, and thats what you get. Girls in centro are shy, it takes a bit off courage for them to ask you to buy them a drink, at mp there friends will try and order anything to put on your bill. Copa girls have it too easy.

Maybe someone with experience can answer me about the behaviour of garotas in the above Termas. Its my first experience in Rio, so am on a learning path.

Me and my friend both took girls at 4x4 and L'uomo at around the same time and for the same length of time.

So we have a magnificent sessions with the babes, and then we come out and me and my friend meet at the bar wearing the uniform (robes, I love em).

So we enjoy the post session buzz, have a drink and chat about the experience in the bar. We were there for almost an hour enjoying the view of all the other garotas. Was hoping to see our garotas to buy em a drink etc.

The ones that we had, didnt seem to return back to the bar area again and it was around 10PM.

Do you know when they were scheduled to leave? Some 4x4 girls leave at 10.

The Luomo girl might have been eating.

4x4 is huge. She could have been at the Whiskeria.

They do seem to spend a very long time (unnecessarily in my opionion) doing their makeup and hair.

All that being said, I have found that if you are a regular at the termas or with the girl they will seek you out whenever possible, almost to the point of annoyance if you want to get with a lot of different girls.

Just curious.[/QUOTE]If the bar was crowded you could have simply missed them or they could have been grabbed for another session. I seen that happen a lot at 4X4. A girl will barely making back into the boite before being snatched by a guy who had been waiting for her to return.

I would say the likely reason they didn't return at Luomo's is that they were eating, as mentioned before, or they decided that they did not need to work anymore for the night. I have known girls that will simply stop working for the evening once they have reached a certain amount of sessions for the day.

I am new here, even though been going to Rio for a long time. I want to start discovering Centro. I plan on going to 4X4, Termas 502, Termas 21, Termas 65 and Termas Cancun. They all seem to be in the same area. However, can you guys recomend any 2nd tier houses or apartments that are alot less expensive? Is there a list out here of those 2nd tier places around the Urugania Station I could go to? Any help?

There are several great explanations already posted. However, another explanations is their shift rotations. Girls arrive and depart 4 X 4 in waves. They arrive starting at 2:00pm, 3:00pm; the last shift arrives at 5:00pm. They also depart in waves with the first gals departing at 9 or 10 pm, all the way till 1:00am on Fridays only. Yes, they sometimes stay past midnight on the last day of the week since they are closed on weekends. If you wanted to hang with the girl after the session, you should have mentioned it to her. They are pretty much open to anything you suggest, since to them it suggests a repeat customer. I don't frequent L'uomo's enough to know what that was about.

A lot of good stuff is in this thread, but I'll admit it's a little buried. So in the interest of time here are a couple good sources.

Another great resource is Bwana Dik's guide to Rio. I can't upload it here but just google "Bwana Dik 2009" it's the first hit. For maps I've actually printed Sperto's but another good one is [url=http://maps.google.com/?q=http://bitchmaps.com/kmz/rj.kmz]Bitchmaps[/url] it gives google maps locations and general prices of many many locations maybe even too many... The only thing is I don't know how recent it is so I would at least cross reference with Sperto's maps. But it is interactive and I do like that this map has the metro stations so you get a good idea of where you need to go from there.

Other than that I would suggest reading the thread if you can find the time. Or at least some of the posts from the more recent months. It won't take all that long and It has a lot of really valuable information. Enjoy your stay either way!
