I took a walk through Tel Aviv yesterday from the TA port, following BY all the way to Allenby st. I admit, I wanted to see what BY38 looked like from the outside (I wasn't going and didn't go in there). What I saw was a couple of shops and a lit-up staircase to the left side. I guess it's the staircase that you have to go to. But how do you tell? Is there some secret sign hanging there, like on BY and Trumpeldore? I didn't see anything there either.

Thanks all.[/QUOTE]BY 38 is in between the stores, no stairs, you walk in about 5yds up to closed door with a white metal frame (I believe there is a step or two). From there you have to push the buzzer and the door then opens.
