Had talked to Rajesh (that was the name he gave me that time) before. Spoke relatively good English. He quoted 4K initially. Then I complained that P@llaV@r*m was very far off and tried to bait him by asking if he can arrange for something good within the city. He claimed that within the city was not too safe for his operations, but then reduced the cost to "negotiable, after seeing the stuff". Was in no mood that day to travel all that distance past the airport. Told him will call later.

I would say, go ahead, if you are somewhere near that area. The guy sounded genuine p!mp. If your taste is for pure, fair, Chennai aunties, have that specified upfront, so that you get a better bargain, if that is not the case when you land there. :)

Some of the damages that the Chennai mongerer's are incurring for gals-on-contract are outrageous, mostly due to their ignorance of this business model. These illiterate or semi-literate contract gals are often taken in for a short period of days on contract by the p!mps, who ensure that they get their "pound of flesh", with many times as high as 10 to 12 customers per day "pounding" the gal over her contract term.

Here is yet another chapter for the [B]"Unofficial Mongerer's guide"[/B]. This time more on the [BLUE][B]p!mponomics[/B][/BLUE] :).

The following is very authentic data based on interactions with many p!mps, agents and gals. The data is specifically for contract type gals and non-local deals that you get with majority of p!mps operating in Chennai. The rates and the contract duration can be slightly up or down based on the gal; however the business model remains the same.

[B]P1MP TO THE AGENT:[/B]
Rs.32,000. - to be given to the agent/transporter who will bring in the gal for 10 days from yet another state/source, whose "features" (rack, color, structure, looks, age etc) were discussed and agreed upon before between the p!mp and the agent. The transporter network is much more complex and efficient than the Dabbawallas (fortunately, no Limca book of records for these). Multiple networks could "schedule", "deliver on time" and "track" a very specific good price fetching gal, across the networks.

The p!mp has the option of rejecting the gal, if the gal is not upto any of his standards, by paying a small sum of Rs.1000/- or less to the agent/transporter to cover for the travel cost. Rs.16,000 (half) to be paid upfront and the remaining to be transferred to the agents bank-account at the end of 10 days. In some cases, agent himself will come to collect the money at the end of 10 days, to move the current gal to another location, and to bring a new one at the current location. If the agent does not come specifically, the gal needs to be dropped at the station/specific-train as per the prior agreement. The agent will make arrangements to "collect" en-route and to initiate the next steps as needed.

[B]MONGERERS TO THE P1MP:[/B]
Rs.50,000. - the minimum target for the p!mp, calculated for serving 2 regular customers per day for 2.5K each for ST, for the 10 days.
[U]p!mp Bonus[/U]: Getting many non-regular folks, Regular folks taking up multiple STs, some taking full-night services and FTs, some non-regular folks made to part with more than 2.5K. :(
[U]p!mp Heart-Burns[/U]: Hartals, Heavy rains, unusual no-customer-show days etc.

[B]AGENT TO THE GAL:[/B]
Rs.20,000. - at the end of 10 days. (sometimes part of this money is paid in advance and sometimes directly to the gal's parents/"relatives")
[U]Gal Bonus[/U]: Large tips from the customers
[U]Gal Heart-Burns[/U]: Non-veg food, alcohol, medicines, fruits etc (have to give the cash to the p!mp, who will buy these for the gal) during this 10 day confinement. (only regular veg food is provided as part of reducing the operating cost by the p!mp; anything extra has to be paid for).

Business Question: So who makes most of the money at the end of a contract term? :(

Excellent report Allsaints whatever you have written is very true. I had interaction pretty close with a pimp in hyd and he told that he used to collect the girls from agents for a short stay , I spoke to the girl as well and she too told the same story .

I thought of not going for Providers because it was boring. Thanks to allsaints, he has provided me some tips about bars. But before getting the meesage my johny was dancing for some fun. So decided to call me another provider (who is bit costly) and tried my luck. First he said he can arrange some serial actress from a serial called Vasatham, Mundhanai Mudichu or he can arrange the famous Bhu**n***w**i. He has contacts and he is genuine. So i asked for the actress. But she was busy with the shooting for the next 2 days. she promised after 2 days. But the price is 23K for 1.5 hours of indefinite fun (many times). I asked for routine girls then. He said there are 2 girls, one from hyderabad and one from mumbai. So went there and the girls looked nice.

Choose the Hyderabad girl and paid 18K (when johny is straight, mind never thinks straight) for full night. The house run by a mallu aunty in a**a N*g*r. the girl was realy nice. Just dropped in here because of the PM from KP. You guys in Chennai seem to be much more organized than us in Colombo. These girls certainly need mutton or tandoori chicken to increase their libido.

P.S. Please don't bombard me with requests for contacts in Colombo. Mongering is difficult in Colombo. Sri Lanka may be okay for a holiday with your wife in a relatively cheap hotel. For mongering, make a beeline for Bangkok. Even Bangladesh seems okay compared to Sri Lanka.

Let me take a cheeky single and complete the "century" honors. (nothing comparable to Tea Boy statistics!). :)
