When I go to the Zona I drink a lot in all the clubs I go. Usually a shot a tequila with lime. Sometimes no lime. Sometimes with orange juice. After 2-3 drinks I get a water either from my room or from one of the local shops as I walk between clubs. I drink a lot of water because it prevents me from getting too drunk but I still get the relaxation from alcohol and fun buzzed feeling. Are you going for an entire week? If so, it might be worth it and pay for itself. It's 20% off at the hotel stay from Wednesday to Sunday; and 70% off on Mon & Tues as you mentioned. You also get a free drink every 12 hours, so if you enjoy the occasional drink it, it's included. If you're there on the weekend on the super busy days, you don't have to pay a cover charge when you show the card.
You may really have to bear down and do some calculations to see if the card is worth the value. Really the 70% off Monday & Tuesday and free drink every 12 hours are the only solid benefits.
