They drive on the pavement or the wrong way of one-way streets. You have to have eyes all around to stay safe.
Arrived on Thursday in Patts. Then, I went to explore LK Soi Metro first. However, the quality was not to my expectation. Then, I moved to WS. Here, I checked some of my favorite bars, but also here, I was rather disappointed.
Finally, at Crazy House, I found a cutie, which I had seen already during my visit last time, a couple of months ago. That time, I didn't do her. She was too busy. But this time, it didn't take a long time, until she was sitting on my lap and made me horny. I agreed to bar fine her. However, it appears that the new price standard is not at all customer-friendly. 1000 Baht for bar fine and 2500 baht for ST or 4000 baht for LT seem to be the new standard.
That really looked like a crazy house. I know that bar fines are hardly negotiable. The bars are just not interested enough. However, I agreed soon with the girl for 2000 baht ST and 3000 baht for the overnighter. This used to be the rate just a few months ago.
We did then ST, and she was actually great. A real spinner, good fun and very enjoyable personality. Also, she was quite into the deed, since she had not been bar fined for several days.
On Friday evening, I also checked a few gogos and was told that this is the regular rate: 2500 baht for ST and 4000 Baht for LT.
So, I ask myself: what the nonsense with ever higher prices if the girls are just not bar fined anymore? It appears that the gogos more and more rely on (overpriced) drinks and LD. It's a pity for this place. Pattaya used to be probably the best monger place on earth. However, if it continues the current trend, I have doubts whether we shall come back so regularly. At least, we need even more negotiation efforts and should not allow this to become the new standard. Is this really already a seller's market?

Just getting a bit excited about my next trip in 2 weeks so will be posting random shit and reading a lot more.
For those that have never been, living vicariously on the forum, still planning first trip and unsure, coming soon etc.
Typical Day in Pattaya (well for me anyway) .
1. Wake up, Get BJ from girl in bed that you might or might not remember name or which disco / gogo you met her at.
2. Have a 2 hour jacuzzi bath with girl from above, soaping you down while sipping a beer and trying to get rid of the hangover you have from last night.
3. Get rid of girl and answer text messages from random guy / guys you met last night and arrange to meet up for lunch.
4. Meet guys for lunch and reminisce on the fun from previous night, each filling in the mental blanks and telling you where you picked up your GF.
5. Head down to Tahitian Queen on Beach Road for a couple of beers and to look at lovely girls in bikinis and uinderwear while listening to ridiculously loud rock music.
6. Few beers, buy a few lady drinks, have a grope. If one takes your fancy pop off for a quickie in short time room, if not then no problem, the day is still young.
7. We decide we want some change of scenery so head over to soi 6 "just for a look".
8. Beer in couple of bars then we all head upstairs with a schoolgirl for an hour.
9. 20 minutes later we are all in bar finishing our beers.
10. Couple more beer bars and chat then we decide to head home for a siesta and shower before meeting up later for a "proper night out".
11. Have a sleep, shower, get some nice clothes on for the club / disco later.
12. Meet the guys at beer bar across from Viiew Talay 6 for some pre WS chat and fun.
13. Do a few in Soi Buakhao then head to Walking Street via Tim's Bar and couple bars on Soi Pattayaland 2 (not the gay ones) .
14. Hook up with some other random guy / guys we meet along the way.
15. Head to Walking Street and have a blast!!
16. Wake up (see number 1 above) .
Living The Dream in Pattaya. Can't wait.

Seen a lot of stuff on here recently about FL in discos. I have had a few but never been my thing. Seems to be a lot of good reports about it now though. Think I will try a bit more of that. I'm a young 42 year old who dresses well. Think You need a wing man for disco though? Or have you had easy solo fun there? Seems harder to get the "in" on your own whereas a gogo is "you sit down, they come talk to you".
Did always notice that there were much better looking girls in disco than gogo. But by then I had a gogo girl with me and couldn't do anything about it. Did have a few girls try to touch my hand as walking past etc so that's a good sign. I think.
Which are the good ones at the moment. Not been since last year.
Will try it and report on my findings. Helps that I am a Hansum man though, so you might not all be so lucky.

Sometimes I will wake up about 4 and run out to a disco to grab a girl to bring home. It's a 5 minute evolution for me. Other times, when I have friends in town we will go out and hang. The other morning I didn't make it home until 8:30 am from being in the discos from about 1 am.

There are plenty of good ones, but it all boils down to what type of music you like as to which is good to you.

I was more into discos, especially "Red Car", just at beginning of WS. Not the youngest girls there, about middle of 20 and up.
Prices for me 1500-2000 LT.

They keep raising the price because they know foreigners will pay it. You paid the 1000 bht barfine, but you saved 500 bht on the girl and only paid her 2000st.
Now tell me again why the prices keep going up? LOL.

In LOS for a foreigner money is handsome. Everything else is a distant second.
In my experiences over the past 3 weeks I have noticed the big GoGo's wanting 1000-1500 Baht bar fine. The best I could do was 700 after midnight at Happy. Windmill, Sugar Babies, etc. , were higher. So, I agree from my experiences from last year to this year prices are going up. I agree ST is 2000-2500 and LT 3000-4000 and up. Beer Bars are asking 300-500 Baht Bar Fine and usually 2000-2500 Baht LT. Don't know why, but I have noticed Japanese and Russian customers throwing Baht around at the ladies like drunken sailors, buying ping pong balls and ringing the bell for lady drinks for all the ladies. I myself, not handsome man, have walked away from many ladies this year after negotiations could not reduce the increased costs. I guess over time the current costs will seem like a real deal. But, a little effort at I-Bar or freelancers will reward you with 1000 Baht long time with no bar fine! Sadly, It must be inflation that is finally showing its ugly head in Pattaya.

Once inside you get a drop of oil on your balls and your finished?
The airfare from the USA Runs you from 1,000-1500.00 and that is for coach which today I'll be generous and give you a 32-1 exchange rate = 32,000 baht. Sure 5,000 baht and Barfine is high and there are so many options here but if one had or wanted to it is still cheaper that is why everyone endure the hours to get here.

In these disco I do noticed the girls are more attracted to the younger guys, what girl or ladies in any disco around the world wouldn't. I say kudos to them! I'm been to nearly every Go-Go bar on Walking St, and when you speak of 2500/4500 the leader in pricing has to be Bacarra, which now has extended to the other Happy Group, Happy, Peppermit, not sure of Beach? I've had debates about this that Bacarra has no influence but twice now I have been at Happy, and the girls I spoke to wanted 2500/5000 baht. I've noticed that clubs like Sensation loaded with Agency girls BF is 1500, before midnight and 1,000 after ask standard 2000/3000 when you add it all up it comes pretty close and of course you just do not know what the service is going to be " it is like a box of chocolate? ", Then you have all the others clubs with Agency or Non, pretty much asking for the standard 2000/3000. Basically I now pin point where I visit and when? In my experience I noticed more of the top ones from Soi 6, and Go Go's from LK Metro at the disco than from W.S. just my opinion.
I'm no night owl and staying up all night is not my thing due to many reason plus I have commitments on certain mornings but when I'm free I hit places like Marine, Isaan, Stone, even Bamboo for the older guys like me and found some great 35 year old gals that take good care of themselves. They are not stunners but does not required a bag over their heads providing some incredible service for 1,000/1500 baht all night. And if I do not find anything or do not want to pay the price on the way home I cruise to Soi Honey and get my usual Honey with a massage and ball massage FS for a 1,000 and she looks as good as any Go Go girl I have met. Then there is the Darkside where I live and places close at midnight and when I do not go out to the bright side they call and come to me.
Pattaya is like Hell to me, it is the wild west free to do whatever you want so many choices why would anyone want not to get on a airplane or go to Heaven unless it is Heaven Above.
I went to Walking Street the other day. Did a few go-go bars, tried Insomnia, and for whatever reason ended up at Rhino. It's very close to the Bali Hai pier end, and normally I don't go down that far, just orbiting around the middle section of WS, so this was my first time at Rhino.
I sat near the back of the go-go bar. Noticed an older (not so old) chick who was good looking and tried to hit on her. Bad luck: it was the mamasan! But she was flattered I had thought she was a coyote, so she set me up with a cute chick who, apparently, liked me. I barfined her for THB 1000 and went short-time for THB 2000. She thought we were going to my hotel but I told her to find a short-term hotel. I'm staying in a classy place a bit far out of the way, so there was no way I would show up with a go-go girl.
In the room she was very GFE. I loved every minute of it! She seemed to be enjoying herself too. She insisted several times that she only goes with guys whom she likes, and I believe her. I've got this feeling that in these go-go bars it's the girls who choose the guys more than the reverse. Sure you can point at a girl and try to take her out, but if she hasn't already put it into her little head that she wants to f*ck your brains out, you'll be disappointed with the waste of money.
Anyway, I was rock hard but I took a long time to come due to all the beers I had drunk. She was very patient, understanding and helpful, and in the end satisfaction was reached! She gave me her phone number, so maybe next time I can set something up with her directly.
Now that the Army is in charge, it looks like the 2 am cutoff is not really operational. WS was pretty lively until at least 4 am. That's a great thing!
