Executive Summary.

York Club. Located on the second floor of the York International Hotel. Caste system in place at entry, 75 dirhams entry unless of a preferred caste, or a privileged customer. All women pay 75 dirham at the door, in and out permitted. Women who have already been ST'd will be stamped on their forearm. Open until 3 AM. Entry is up a flight of stairs, pat down at the door and passage through a metal detector. A solid Pinay cover band plays a wide range of music from pop ballads to metal. The club was observed to generally have a mix of PRC, CIS, FSU, PI, HCM, and East Africans. Drinks range from roughly 2-5 dirhams for water, 35 dirhams for a draft pint, and 40 dirhams for a shot of top shelf whiskey. Counting change is advisable. WGs are not permitted to approach unless customer has purchased a drink.

Women generally begin arriving from 9-11 PM seven days per week. The women are generally sales-oriented, some will approach fairly aggressively (Esp. East Africans): numerous lookers from Djibouti and Eritrea with sweet demeanors (typ. <25 years old); occasional North African (Tunisia, Algeria); PRC generally of average to above average appearance and service-oriented (typ. 30+ years old);; FSU (Ukraine, Russia) not well-represented and of average appearance tend to arrive after 11 PM (FSUs generally don't approach and seem to go for South Asians); HCMs tended to be more demure and of average to above average appearance. Quoted rates generally ranged from 800ST to 1000 LT, occasional quotes for FFM 800ST.

Regal Hotel. Regal Hotel is frequented by CIS ladies taking a break from Rockafellas upstairs. Admission to Rocksfellas is 200 dirhams. One can avoid the cover charge and get similar exposure to the WGs by ordering a drink and a meal in the cafe restaurant located on the lobby level of the hotel. It's easy to strike up a conversation with attractive CIS WGs from Uzbekistan or Kazahkstan here. Beverages can be discretely ordered after 3 AM.

Premier Club. The Premiere Club is located on the ground floor of the Hyatt Regency. A cover of 150 dirhams is charged at the door. M / F ratios are poor and the club becomes oppressively crowded, but talent is excellent and diverse: Russian, Ukrainian, Khmer, Persian, Turkish, et al. Ladies were approaching aggressively and quoting 2000 dirhams ST / LT.

Red Square. Located in the Moscow Hotel. A cover of 200 dirhams was charged at the door by a blonde ice queen. Table services are upsold upon entry, but can be avoided by heading to the bar. Mostly Russians, Ukrainians, FSU, Persians, East and North Africans. Quality was average to excellent. Quoted rates generally ranged from 1000ST to 1500-2000 LT. Atmosphere was a somewhat chilly and transactional (YMMV). Average cover band. An adjoining cafe on the lobby level provides opportunities for chatting up WGs taking a break from the noise and smokey air in the club.

Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis. This hotel is located approximately 15 km from downtown Dubai. The hotel is remote and low-key--definitely not a place to hunt; rather if you have a car and a WG from a club you can park in the subterranean parking garage and take an elevator directly to your floor. A pub on the lobby level serves average quality bar food, has a full bar, pool table and football on multiple TVs. This hotel probably isn't a good option unless one is staying in DSO or needs a refuge and wants to go LT for a day or two in a three star hotel for 450-550 dirhams (prices vary seasonally).

CIS can be found in Russia, Ukraine etc as well as Dubai but for Dubai RTFF would be appreciated by many on this board before you ask ("give and take") and again I refer you to Sigmata. Good first FR by the way.

Only thing is, last time I was at York a month ago, water was going for 15 Dhs not 5.

There is a one block area very near to those cafes where after about 6 or 7 PM a group of girls comes out and stands on the block blatantly looking for customers. You will have no doubt about what they are doing, trust me. If you walk by them and acknowledge them in the slightest they will proposition you. It's only one group in one very specific area (approx 10 to 15 girls). There is an ally they stand next too and when the cops come down the road they casually slip through there until they pass by but there is no extreme panic and whenI have been around the cops seemed to stay in their cars but then I have only been a couple times, and not for the girls, an Ethiopian Restaurant I like is in the same neighborhood.

These girls are not the quality of the ones in York.

I visited all mentioned place years ago! I visited also famous Cyclone many years ago. I have going Dubai but not frequently. Only one night will stay there at this time. I have one chance to go only one club. As you know some places are good some time. My question was which places is famous and can find 20 years old Russian-ukranian instead of late 20 over 30.

I of course RTFF. But its hard to select one club.

I met a Tunisian WG at the York who claimed to occasionally wear a burka in her off time. She also claimed to sell cosmetics at the mall. Cosmetics boutiques and high-end perfumeries may offer some shoring opportunities.

In both cases be prepared for minimum quotes of 1500-2000ST for fine talent. Premier Club is a dance club, Cin Cin is an exclusive gentlemen's lounge / cigar bar. Of the two, Cin Cin probably attracts more stunners but either venue is a solid choice. With similar objectives I would choose the Premier Club, arrive at 11 PM, order a drink, survey the club and make a selection within an hour or less. WGs at Premier Club tend to assertively present themselves whereas Cin Cin has more of a chill pickup vibe.

I was not in the flow and elected to pass on my usual PRC at the York after arriving around 0230 on a weekend; shortly thereafter she rushed by me after entering the club on her way to the restroom. My preference is not to be a WGs second or third ST of the night. That's why I generally arrive at 1000. Call me a prude, but on the weekends these ladies go for volume.

If you arrive late and she's popular she may have been banged two or three times already. Once I was leisurely f...g a striking PRC LT at the place she shared with three other PRC gals. The beds were separated by curtains and the walls were adorned with red Chinese Nang Kwaks, teddy bears and photos from the Middle Country. Within less than one hour her roommate banged two guys. During the bang sessions occurring less than three feet away my date would whisper "He's about to come" or "She eat too much dumpling. I eat two, she eat four or six. She like pig.".

I try not to strike sharp deals with WGs. In my experience their performance is better if they are appreciated and not overtly commoditized. With my GFE regular I typically paid 1000 LT which involved all night BB sessions followed occasionally with early breakfast or lunch at China Sea (excellent, world-class dumplings BTW). I value companionship and an emotional connection, however treacherous that path may be.

On the way back to my flat she explained that her expat boyfriend of two years had completed his contract and left the country without her. She said she was his full-time cook, maid and GFE provider for 5000 dirhams per month. She also said she missed him and that she was very poor now, so she was working.

Upon arriving at my flat she took a quick cat bath and then walked around the flat while surveying the ceilings, apparently looking for cameras. Perhaps she suspected I was LE or was running an amateur video business. Satisfied, she then asked for payment.

Many of the travellers all over the world would be travelling for short time. Hence this kind of info would be very useful, rather than a hit or miss situation. Also can you tell me whether these CIS at Premiere would have their own place for ST. As it is becoming very difficult to find Green hotels in Mid range budget.

Rocky[/QUOTE]My experience with Premiere (Granted it's only with my Turkish Delight) is that usually you need to supply the place. For green hotels in mid-range budget I would use Trivago. You'll save a ton of money On my upcoming trip, I'm saving over $250-300 off the rack rate at Park Regis.
