Quite a change on All Souls Day, instead of the crowds the day before, it seemed like a ghost town. Late afternoon I took a walk over to SM Mall and maybe 25% of the normal crowd. Kind of any errire feeling. It was the same walking along Fields later on. The vitamin V salesmen and beggars were out in force tonight to make up for the lost sales night before. They were more aggressive tonight. Maybe because of so few people tonight.

Cheers.[/QUOTE]I forgot to add, I was walking by Nancy money exchange on Teodoro Street and noticed a very large crowd of children waiting around a woman's dress store 50 meters south. Turns out the expat and Filipina wife owner made the little shop in to a haunted house for the tricker treaters. They would take 10-15 kids in at a time, give them a little scare and then some candy. The show went on for hours as word spread around the neighborhood. Kids were running down the street to get in line, parents were bringing their children. What a sight and sound watching and hearing the children and adults laughing with excitement! Must have been over 300 kids for the hour that I watched.

SO I have RTFF, and I noticed that most guys coming in from Manila have their hotel arrange for transport. I called my hotel, Penthouse Hotel, and they are kind of steep, looking to charge 3400 PP for the trip (one way).

I did a google and found "Action Travel", which offers the service for 2500 PP. Is that a fair price?

If not can anyone recommend a service?

But I believe Action Travel doesn't update their website. Several months ago, I went in to get transport to Bantangas. They quoted a higher price than what was listed on the website.
