La Gloria Bar Sunday 9-2-18.
Stopped by La Gloria's Sunday about noon. Went in and took a look around. Not too much going on. Only a few average looking chicas that were all sitting at tables with someone. I was in and out.
Being Tracked in Tijuana.
If you have been going to Tijuana with an Android phone, anyone who can access your Google account can track your movements accurately. Even if you use the WiFi and not the Mexican Telecom Network, your phone will report on you.
Google is always tracking you (although with your permission) . The permission dialog which appears is pretty sly and most of us don't read it anyway. But I want people to check this link and see how Google knows every single place they have ever visited with their Android phone. Sign in. Google Accounts (you'll need to sign in here with your account). Prepare to be blown away by the sheer accuracy.

Being tracked by your phone
If you have been going to Tijuana with an Android phone, anyone who can access your Google account can track your movements accurately.
This is true for multiple smartphones that were built after 2008 and not just Android devices. The key with Android devices is the user must purposely turn on the tracking feature or allow specific apps on the phone to track the location. You can check the settings of your phone to see if you have the tracking feature enabled or if you have a Google account, go to this website:

After you log in you can see if you have turned on location history (on purpose or by accident). You can also mange that feature here and turn it on / off as you please.
