I've bought from Apotek Terogong when I've stayed in the Kristal Hotel. Have also bought from the Guardian Chemist in Senayan Plaza and Pondok Indah Mall. Found it easier to buy over the counter in Jakarta than in Bali were they would be a little more stringent. But even then walked into the Guardian Chemist in Discovery Mall first thing one morning and they just had a pile of boxes on the counter with whom I took was the pharmacist twiddling one in his hands. Ended up with a couple of those boxes without any questions.

The only way in currently is to blow 11 million IDR on a B211 A e-visa through one of the visa agencies which allows you to stay up to 6 months. You'll still need to be fully vaccinated with QR code, do 3 PCRs and endure 8 days of (strict) quarantine in one of the many overpriced hotels with crappy tasteless meals and no balcony (looking at about another 10 million IDR for the cheapest hotel on offer). So about $1500 just to get in.
For the countless submissive and sweet 18 and 19 year old LBFMs that are perfectly fine with BBFS+CIP, it's probably worth it though. Especially if you're planning on doing the full 6 months.

That is too bad as I was hoping they can waive the quarantine requirement for those who are fully vaxxed.
