Well I will be off to rehab in Bad Nauheim in a couple of days, staying there for approx. 3 weeks.

I don't have a car, so will be using purely public transportation, and will have limited time to leave when they allow me to.

Any ideas what can be found around there? Preferably within Bad Nauheim itself? If not then the nearest? (even Frankfurt is too far for it.)

Frankfurt is only about 30 minutes away from the Bad Nauheim Bahnhof to the Frankfurt a.M. Hauptbahnhof. It appears most of the trains are direct (no change) but in some cases you change in Friedberg.

Go to bahn.de, select the appropriate language at the top of the home page and try some itineraries. I'm assuming you know the european format for dates and the use of the 24 hour clock.

I hope Frankfurt doesn't endanger your rehab efforts.

To get from Bad Nauheim to FKKW shouldn't be too difficult:

Take a train ("Regional-Express") to Giessen. In Giessen, change trains and take the RB 36 ("Regional-Bahn"), direction Gelnhausen. Get off at Pohlheim station. From there, simply walk. It's about a mile to FKKW.

That sounds terrible, but to me you made a number of mistakes. Going into RLD IMHO is the first one, obviously you have not been well prepared, undecisive and not brain-controlled. I do hope your next trip to FRA is more successful, cause FRA has a lot to offer.

First of all, avoid Rote Haus like the plague. There are other establishments you can read about in the forum in RLD at Bahnhof or BG that can be better, but don't have to be. I stay clear of RLD.

Secondly, if you do go, you must be tough with yourself and cut your losses immediately when she tries to upsell you in the room. Pack up and leave, you have lost 30 EUR, can happen.

Now, I would think that you had the right idea actually. Downtown has a number of nice BtB massage places where damage is always less than 100 EUR for 1 hour often with a real beauty and a fantastic service. Try Premium Massage at Konstabler. There are quite a few new places recently opened in the Zeil area, you can certainly try them. These are not rip-off places. If you want the real deal, I think on public transport it is a bit tricky as the decent girls work out of apartments across the city and you have to be prepared to move on if you don't like what you see. With a car and a Satnav this is much more effective.

I have had a look at ladies de and seen a few places, Flair, Sudfass, F35 beach has anyone been to these places?

I have seen the Mainhattan site this looks a good place and I like the fact you have beer included in the entry price.

I say Mainhatten because I have read the Palace forum and it seems they have a few sharks not good for people like me *Newbie*.
