I have been hearing news of constant action from LE. First they shut down Thane DBs and SBs, reason being most bars were flouting the rules, some rules were fire safety rules others were flouting the nokarnama rules. But none of those bars that were shut almost 2 months ago, re-opened. I wonder why? Isn't it alarming?

And yesterday I read on an another forum and also in the news that the LE are on a high alert to curb such activities. Read the article.
