Evening all,

Perhaps this information is known to the regulars, but in an effort to put back what I get out, here is a short report on my trip last night which might be useful as an update on Ramadan.

I went to Premiere Club, Hyatt Regency at about 10 pm. I managed not to pay the entrance fee but persuaded the bouncers to let me stick my head around the door. The place was playing music, but it was dead. I counted two girls and one bloke drinking. Nothing like the last time I was there.

On my way home, I dropped in at the Fairmont Hotel on SZR. Cin Cin bar is closed for Ramadan.

Returned home a bit dejected as was looking for action. Perhaps that is the Ramadan way here in Dubai.

Your problem is that you went out too early. Note that bars don't open until 8 pm and girls don't even start to go out until 12 ish on a normal night. Numbers will definately be down for Ramadan but you still have to go these places at the right time to find WG's.

Wheels up to Dubai on Monday for my first dip into the Dubai pool. First mongering adventure outside of East Asia, Mexico, or the US.

Short run (Tuesday PM to Thursday PM) and limited by Ramadan, but a few things on the bucket list: eager for a Stani to scratch my Kyrgi itch, up to try a Viet as they've been well reviewed and I haven't tried that flavor, and eager. As always. For a lass or two to accommodate my Greek Niko-like affection for backdoor action.

Will be at Le Meridien if anyone is in the neighborhood and up for a drink. As strong as permitted during Ramadan.

Has anyone tried the famous Alex, the phone number that provides CIS as home delivery? I browsed through the forums and I didn't see it mentioned. Most people, males at least, that I know are familiar with Alex, and I found it weird that there's no mention of that on the forum.

Can someone enlighten me?

Are you sure that he provides CIS? I heard one Alex who brings alcohol.

Yes, have tried a few times. A very reliable service and the delivery is always very good.

According to Le Meridien site Jules will be closed during Ramadan.

May have to reorder my mongering plans for next week. Hopefully a few places still available for takeout and return to the room at LM.

after some rtff and looking closely at what the seniors have to say, i reached to the conclusion that frs are the way to go here. so, here's my first:

disclaimer: english is not my first language. i hope it's readable.

with my bachelor friend mr. x decided to have a ramadan's boys night out. without much discussion we headed off towards regal plaza as a starting point. arrived around 11 pm, the place was kinda quiet. ramadan "no music" policy was in force, although we could order some drinks. the first look around did not give us much hope. several bored to death wgs, mostly male clients seating everywhere. with g / m ratio of 1/4 it didn't look very promising for a good catch. anyhow, first round of drinks was already in the pipeline and a couple of cis landed nearby. i would guess mostly because we looked either more normal that everyone else in this place, or they were hoping to fish us out. well, it was the second. after some flirting, my friend asked the question and there we go, 2 k each. they were nowhere near busty model look to even consider bargaining. oh well, quickly slurped our drinks and took off.

already outside we saw there is some serious action happening across the street at york. lots of girls on the outside, some queuing to enter. without further ado we made the move and few minutes later we were though the dark lobby-stamp on hand-smile to bouncer-go up the stairs routine. once we entered the place, we were in completely different world than regal. full of wg's, very noisy, although no music. we could barely make it to the bar. once there we were immediately surrounded by some black panthers, as we all know the eastern african are quite aggressive in picking up their clients. and after the pathetic experience across the street we fell immediately for the flirting. i have to add here that one of my all times best was with a black panther in nairobi. that being said, one can understand why 5 minutes after we entered the place i was ready to try the black goddess rubbing her ass allover by crotch. my friend was leaning towards the asian menu, but the rubbing one had also a good looking friend. we had a quick round of drinks with the panthers and as soon as we agreed on the price, we took off to my friends place. now i have to tell you that my choice was smoking hot. she was acting so horny that i nearly lost my mind and was ready to give it a go at her first offer at 1,5 k. the negotiated price was 100% contribution of my cool minded (and more experienced friend), who told them: "listen, look around there is 5 girls per client, if you don't want we will choose else". he was right. in york the g / m ratio was opposite than regal for that night. he managed with some effort and good theatrics to bring us the final price at 500 each for lt with full menu.

So after all those places that were closed for Ramadan, went to a safe bet looking for CIS at Premiere in Hyatt. Arrived around 11 PM, had an awfull time to park (yes use my car, don't trust / like taxis), tried to get a peak at inside before paying (there was no one in Front, unlike usual), and saw not many people but decided to go anyway.

Impressive how this club turned-out to be empty; maybe 20/25 girls, about the same number of guys; mostly 6/7, and very few CIS. Well, no there was a group of nice CIS 8/9 but there were all talking to this handsome guy and they all left with him a few minutes after I arrived. Not sure what this guy would do with 3 or 4 girls. ; but lucky him.

Around 1 AM, a nice 9 CIS showed up but immediately went to see her friend talking already to 2 guys. I did not have the time to approach her, but damn she was hot. In the meantime, I talked to a sweet CIS, a 6/7 and we kept talking until the closing of the club at 2 AM. Music was low and quiet during all evening, lights more intensive than usual.

I offered to drive her home, while she insisted going to my place. She offered 1500 for the night. I am not a good negotiator so only got it to 1300 but I asked her to stay until next morning 10 AM. Since she only had 2 condoms with her, we dropped by the Pharmacy and to the hotel. She was really nice, sweat and active. It was a night to remember.

I need to go back and really find those 8/9 CIS hopping to get the same level of service than we the one I got then.

Anyone can tell me where else can I find easy 9/10 CIS during Ramadan? Or how to get in contact with Alex?

I went last Thursday to Moscow. They replaced the band by a pool table. Lower activity, but I counted around 40 girls from various nationalities.

I was willing to go to Seaview, but I was not sure if it is opened during Ramadan.

I end up eventually to Premiere. There were as well around 40 girls. I picked up a cute Viet. She stayed until next noon.

This should be a ROD if only because it shows yet again why Africans are not worth the AED (OK one or two of you will say you have a different story but mostly say 99% will not).

Try Asian next time as you will generally find them better company (and IMHO avoid all forms of CIS. Just like the Africans, can't keep any agreement, always move the goalposts).

And gents. If you get a nasty 'red flag' feeling in your stomach, brain or anywhere prior to the deed, then think again and find an alternate is my advice.

To you guys who keep going to nightclubs, believe me its much easier to convince a sales girl in the shops of Emirates Mall to join you for the night after work and their demands are more reasonable.

For what is worth it, I have been in Dubai during Ramadan for five times and it will be the sixth one in ten days. I have noticed that I have had better luck in price / quality during Ramadan. But as said above, sleep in the afternoon and go out after 10 PM at the earliest.

You are absolutely correct. My several years of Asia (actual Asia. BKK, Manila, SIN, Jakarta, Bali etc.) experience varies from 7/10 being the bare minimum to 10/10.

It was just that night in York, I felt like I am back in Nairobi, and that black WG was looking better than my 9/10 Kenyan experience. Thanks to that 2/10 though, it will be long before I go back to the black stand, although there is a good saying "whoever's gone black, has never come back".

My next POI is Vietnamese WG. For what I can see here there is no bad FR about those and I am yet to try one. I guess I will try Panorama's bar late afternoon after Ramadan.
