The whole stretch, and yes that is from Soi 1 up to Walking Street, is filled with and endless line of serried stalls that sell food and all kinds of useless stuff that you can already buy all over Pattaya (and I don't mean girls obviously).
Almost all of the FL's were gone. Only a few (but not the best ones) were standing in between the stalls but there was hardly any room for them. Also a few on the other side of the road or in the soi's but only a hand full. To be honest I don't know where they all went. I guess a part of them moved to the disco's and another part just skips this time and stays home. Or they contact their regulars.
Yesterday evening I went to Walking Street and when I returned to my hotel around midnight the police had cleaned up the whole stretch. There were hardly any FL's left, it was really bizar to see Beach Road that empty (except for the mongers and tourists of course).
They have already made a start setting up the stalls and it wouldn't surprise me if they clean up the area again each night until Christmas.

As for the Soi Buakhao / LK I wish there was just a decent size hotel with a small disco like the one that use to be at Nana (Angel) or Climax near Ambass? That would be enough for me? All the one's being discuss is just too large so why another one?
Last night I was watching as the police were rounding up the ladyboys off of beach road.
I saw at least two truckloads being towed off.
Other than that, beach road had a good share of FLs.

Anyway, this morning the 'morning crew' of ladies was present again as if nothing happened yesterday. TIT.

It is a year round carnival. Especially end of the year. He gives free tents and charge nothing at least the first year for vendors to sell their goods and basically close down Beach Road. Divert all the traffic into side streets. They do a sweep and charge the offenders 100 baht. Get real. It's not to end P4 P just to annoy them and tell them to go away until it is over. Many will go to second road and stand around the Avenue? Many go to the Beergarden and later over to Bamboo. Many you will find down towards Marine on 2nd Road staying near Big Mac, outside the 7/11?
W. S. Will be the new Beach Road for a few days and once cross under the arch. The price goes up?
It will get worse traffic wise just to get into Pattaya, they will tear up Sukhumvit and Pattaya Klang to make a bypass, this will take years moving all the traffic including on events to 2 or 3 Soi' the nightmare begins 2015?

Hardly any FL's there back then. I didn't check out the other places you mention.
Check out Alcatraz Agogo in Walking Street. They have a lady working there who's only 1. 45 m and 35 kg.
31 yo if I remember well. Very nice girl also and reasonably good looking.
FL can be found at Billabong Bar, it's in the middle of LK Metro. It's open 24 hrs. Also has a hotel.
