The Powerful and Strong Veep Harris interview, rattles FOXY Muse and Baier...
IMHO, Veep Harris won the day!
Yet another excellent, well-spoken, clear, conceive and strong interview by Veep Harris, given "hostile" territory over on the FOXY Muse network, verses yet another puff piece on FOXY Muse, in the form of an all-woman's town hall, setup to look like a "pro-women reproductive rights" support for the bumbling, stumbling and incoherent, "enemy within" insurrectionist, lying convict and pussy-grabbing Trump.
What was so amazing, given that FOXY's Bret Baier, tried to interrupt and speak over Veep Harris, at every turn (which reminds me of, the disrespectful Bill O'Reilly interview, some years ago on FOXY with President Barack Obama), came as no surprise as the very capable, intelligent and masterful Veep Harris, schooled Baier and set the record straight on the division and divisive rhetoric being spread by Trump.
When it came to Trump's "enemy within", revenge and divisive rhetoric speech, she was having none of it and was very skillful and quick to point out, the deceitful FOXY Muse edited "sane washing" puff-piece they tried show her of "what Trump said", was NOT the entirety of "enemy within" speech and then masterfully, reminded FOXY and Baier of what was said.
She was brilliant, was when it came to correcting FOXY Muse and Baier, especially on the divisive, disruptive and destructive Trump rhetoric to divide the country and the American people.
And in a fiery exchange, she showed her presidential will and forcefully pointed out, "THIS IS A DEMOCRACY" and "a thin skinned" ex-president who can't take criticism from his fellow Americans, without uttering threats of retribution, retaliation and/or stochastic terrorism, belongs nowhere near the White House.
Well Done Veep Harris, you were masterful!
Know how Government works and the laws before stepping to me with your bullshit!

18 U.S. Code 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Police Officers Rarely Charged for Excessive Use of Force in Federal Court
Despite growing popular unrest and media attention in recent years over excessive use of force by police officers, the latest available case-by-case data show that federal prosecutors rarely bring relevant criminal charges known as "deprivation of rights under the color of law" (18*U.S.C.*242) against law enforcement. In the first seven months of FY 2020, federal prosecutors filed *242 charges in just 27 cases. In April 2020, just a month before the death of George Floyd sparked civil unrest, federal prosecutors did not report prosecuting a single case with *242 as the lead charge.

Enforcement of Federal Laws in the United States of America falls to the President of the United States of America. You are welcome for the civics lesson.
Section 242 of Title 18 of the federal code*makes*it a crime for a public official acting in their official capacity to willfully deprive a person of their constitutional rights. Yet prosecutors rarely bring charges under the statute, averaging just*41*cases per year. The recent federal indictment of the Minneopolis police officers related to the killing of George Floyd is an exception that highlights just how infrequent such prosecutions are, even when they are clearly warranted.

The Plutocracy that runs the USGOV does not want to strengthen the law and give it teeth because they use race as a distraction against the gross inequality in wealth and income that exists in the United States of America.
Red Lobster: The "Fuck this..." and "endless shrimp" of it all...

BTW, don't shoot the messenger! Just reporting what, most of the gross mismanagement was reported on by credible business journalists and analysts.
Just because much of your business analysis on the bankruptcy of Red Lobster, was woefully wrong and antithetical to what most business newspapers (NYT, WSJ), magazines (Forbes) and online pundits were saying was the REAL cause for their demise, simply means:
YOU NEED to do your homework better and stop trying to blame everything on a Biden/Harris administration that have produced a GREAT economy, considering the DISASTER that Trump left.

Fuck this Red Lobster Debate ...
Thanks you for your input.
The "Fuck this...", point of view on the topic of Red Lobster, is definitely "sort of" interesting, if not a feisty and colorful one.
Albeit, somewhat disrespectful, w/r to the topic of the economic bankruptcy of Red Lobster and the wellness of the restaurant industry at large, for those of us that wish to discuss, debate and hash out such trite and trivial things, like how is it "endless shrimp", the "straw" that broke the backs, of one of the biggest restaurant chains in America, could actually happen? When upon further investigation, there's much more to the story.
To be honest, it's funny that, I was half-expecting more of an interesting and riveting bitcoin angle from you, than a simple "Fuck this..."?
But thanks again! As for your contribution of "Fuck this..." to the Red Lobster debate, considered it, duly noted.
The shrimp has nothing to do with it honestly. You can go to a buffet and eat all you want of everything. They arent going under. Their food just isn't good. If you've read any of the business newspapers or magazines articles, you'll see that the gross mismanagement of most all aspects of the business, was their downfall. I consider sales and marketing, a part of upper and middle management. But understand the fish rots from the head.
Oh and BTW, the "endless shrimp", has everything to do with their bankruptcy. Please do take the time, to read the articles or reviews, at any number of videos online and you'll see the "endless shrimp", is just the straw that broke the camel's back, in a decade's long list of mishaps, missteps and mistakes by management.

Oops. Trump / Fux Total BS gets outed.
Now that the NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) are expiring on that scripted game show the producers jokingly hired spectacularly failed "businessman" Trump to host, the producers are now a bit more free to reveal what a total business numbskull Trump was:
Producers had to heavily edit The Apprentice to stop Trump from looking like a complete moron, authors claim.
That quality that was really bad for him in business was solid gold on the show, author says.
The authors also addressed Trumps use of the name John Barron to speak to the media to make himself look better and to make people think he was wealthier than he actually was in order to appear on the Forbes rich list.
Still waiting for one interviewer on any media source to finally ask Trump the simple question, "What is a tariff"? So we can all get a huge laugh from his word salad response about Hannibal the Cannibal Lecter or the boogie-man of the moment eating our house-pets.
Oh, and you know how Kamala Harris busted Fux News' lone supposed "real" news exception on the Trump clip he showed while he tried desperately to hide the fact that there is an abundance of verified video clips of Trump revealing himself to be the America-hating, anti-free speech Fascist the world knows him to be, even as video-captured on Fux itself?
Yeah, even that Trump ass-licker had to admit he was wrong and Harris was right:

Ah yes. Who could forget those inspirational and legendary Love Affairs?

Virulently pro Repub "Bothsider" Bill Maher's weekly campaign to help Trump and other Repubs get elected led him to end this Friday's Bill Maher's Trump / Repub Election Rally by slamming Kamala Harris for not distancing herself from Biden's brave and brilliant border policies that clearly helped and contributed to the USA's historic recovery from Trump's Pandemic, to help tame the inevitable recovery inflation and without raising the crime rate or producing any other significant national downside.

Red Lobster: Whatsoever ye shall ask...ye shall find?
This is a respectful straight up question. Why is the success or failure of Red Lobster so important? Would you care to elaborate as to what the story is?
Respectfully, you should probably be asking Elvis 2008, this question.
According to Elvis 2008, "Why is the success or failure of Red Lobster so important", was somehow, proof positive for Repubs, that a "bad Biden economy" and "people having no money" to spend at restaurants, was the reason for their downfall and the problems associated with the broader restaurant industry at large. When this CLEARLY was NOT the case, as myself and others have reasoned, with substantiated facts, articles, videos and data.
For further answers to your questions, you can begin here, at the genesis of the debate:
Trump and his Repubs as well as so many other economic gurus here and elsewhere have cited the closure of some restaurants that serve overpriced crap is proof positive that Bidenomics is a terrible, terrible failure, that nobody has any money, nobody can buy food, this is "the worst economy ever"!
So this just can't be true:
Restaurants are having their biggest year ever.
https://www.axios.com/2024/06/05/restaurants-tipping-dining-food
In fact, this is the 3rd year in a row that restaurant sales have beat pre-Trump's Pandemic year 2019.
Thanks, Joe. Bon Appetit!
