Read up on some different post. Research techniques and develop an approach. Negotiations are a great tool to secure good pricing. Some things are YMMV.
Good point MongerHunter. Another thing to keep in mind when negotiating is supply and demand if you are dealing with a SG or even BG that has been hanging around with no business. Maybe due to day of week or border issues or even weather. You should be able to use that to your advantage and negotiate a great deal.

Caravan women.
Wednesday night 3 apparently caravan women, wearing layers of clothes, carrying 3 small boxes of baked goods, walked quickly in tight formation through the alley, glancing furtively at people and the surrounding, mumbling unintelligible words.
They looked scared as they walked very close together fast, obviously not trying to sell their goods, but to observe the scene.
All 3 looked Latinas in mid 40's, big, thick and lumpy with dark skin, not the types of my interest.
Is anyone scoring any good poontang from the Caravan chicks?
Current situation?
I will be in San Diego for a few days starting next Friday. My plan is to keep an eye on things, and maybe spend the afternoon Friday in the Zona. Taxi to and from the border. My impression is that the Zona is fairly migrant free and there should not be any problems? I plan on being well out of there by nightfall. Any updates from the ground would be appreciated.

The caravan.
The caravan migrants are nearer to PedWest. At least for now they are trying to be very nice and legal until they can see CBP to present their asylum case, so they are unlikely to rob tourists or cause problems.
It may be better to cross via PedEast and take taxis to and from the taxi stand South of the exit.

I was in the Zona about 2 weeks ago when Caravan incident began. There was no incidents in the Zona then and no reports of problems related to the migrants in the Zona since then. I would use due cation since there is a good chance that the police will busy with migrants. The other thing to remember the many of the ratero's were migrants from other countries. I am far more concerned about being in Tijuana if the border is closed. There was a report that the caravan migrants may try and rush the border at 11 am today. I am considering heading to Tijuana this evening if there is no border crossing issues.

The migrant camp was moved 10 miles outside of Tijuana and the 100 most aggressive migrants deported from Mexico. I went through the "pedeast" border crossing, there is no waiting at the border only there are more CBP staff and more barbed wire. You can visit Zona without any problems.

Seedier Places.
I'm looking for some more seedy locations outside of the Zona. Anybody have any info? I saw a YouTube video where they are somewhere where they bring out 6-7 girls in a lineup. I'm open to anything.
You don't have to go outside the Zona to find seedier places. Just go past the gringo safe zone of the Alley and HKand clubs. Walk from Chicago past Adelitas and keep going. On your left hand side is the As Negra. There are some more fun places around the entire area where gems can be found. I picked up one of the bartenders and another girl and took them to Ensenada to include three way kissing and fondling at Senor Frogs during daytime. The other flaked out and went looking for drugs. The bartender hung with me for three days. Also highly recommend regular bars like Gato Negó in Ensenada. Ended up meeting a chick who owned a pickup truck and lived with her son. She chauffeured me around and fucked the shit out of me believing she was getting a green card. You can pick up any woman around the cathedral working at any store. Also picked up waitresses from the seafood restaurant down the street from HK. Anyway, get out past the safety zone and don't die.

Will plan a quick hit, and go.

If that's not your bag, watch yourself.
