So I spend a lot of time walking around district 1 today. District 1 is like New York. Very big and very expensive. There are not of hot tocs. At least I did not see them. I did not bring me notes where to look. There are a line of massage places in what is like a Korea Town or Japan town that I saw. Most of them are expensive high class legit massages. There are a couple in these little hidden alleys. But, they are over prices and all they do is massage and a BJ. I did find one girl that offers FS. The house fee for VIP room is almost 500,000 and the girl wants 2 million for FS but can be talked down to 1 million 500.

I also did a lot of groundwork in other districts. Before I guess I was just lucky. They places that I stayed were just near the action. But, If you want woman. You have to be extremely specific where you go. One district might only have action on two streets and the rest of the district is completely legit. I guess police must have come down hard on FS places. The ones I found last year were closed.

There is one rule for every massage parlor, TIPS for therapists should be equal or more than ticket prices.

Now comes to the BJ part, I think there are 2 places you can try. Phuoc Loc Tho 1 (remember 1, not 2, at 170 Su Van Hanh) and Boss Palace (at 306 - 308 Nguyen Thien Thuat). Let's talk about the reviews.

- Phuoc Loc Tho 1: I recommend you come with normal room (about 100 k to 120 k for ticket prices). You don't have to try VIP because there is no much difference and the facilities are pretty damn old. I recommend you buy 2 sections, which mean you can ask the guide to call 2 girls to come in and enjoy the fun. They will both BJ for you. The time is still limited for 1 section only. I seriously hope people do not follow you pricing guide I have been going to plt1 for like 7 years and in that time prices haven't changed much IE ticket 150 and 200 tip to the girl so even if I get two girls that's a total of 700 k not your 1 mill tip and 300 for two tickets. Given that you can't really choose your girl and girls don't generally allow CIM why would you not go to NPK where even if you paying the foreigner price of 400 you can choose two girls of your liking get CIM for a grand total of 800 k people who know the local price still only pay 300 k total for each girl.

That place and similar joints along the alley and Japantown vicinity all offer FS option for 2 million or higher. You're lucky she starts at 2 as they'd been known to start anywhere from 2-4. If they girl don't offer FS to you, there's a lot of soul searching and self awareness sessions that need to happen. The better approach was for me to ask the locker room guy (or the guys manning the counter at massage floor. Not reception). What is this little Tokyo you guys keep talking about? I know there are about 30,000 japanese in saigon but hardly compares to the koreans. Unlike district 7 I've never heard of a little tokyo.
