When babies are born here in hospital the hospital gives the parents a piece of paper with the birth details that the parents must take to the registry office. Probably that was not always the case in the past, but now that they have two types of birth certificates, one for Dominicans and one for children of two foreign parents, it is probably different. In any case, the hospitals do keep records of the births, though this would not apply to a birth outside of a hospital.

The strip in Sosua is so small I can't stay in that 2 blocks of Rumba to After 1 night after night. Especially, if I'm staying on the other end of the strip, I stop in both Pasions and CMP at least once during my trip to get a few gropes and check out the talent, maybe get 1 Presidente, more likely in Pasions, and then I keep it moving. D'Latin isn't going anywhere. Puerto Plata, Cabarete, Santiago. I like to see it all if I'm on the North Coast.

There is no such law and it won't fly in the eyes of the judge. And the judge won't comment on the law in a civil system. They may try to prosecute though.
Apparently he done stuff like this before back in 2005.

CMP was in full swing last night. I didn't stop in though. I spent almost two hours bs'and in Passions. There were a few tempting choices. I stayed until close to 10pm because of the expected TLN. I do feel the 3500 pesos is a good deal at that time if the night. Especially if you see the chica hasn't been darting to the back with customers. I just can't warm up with the thought of being with the chica right after she turned a trick. I might eventually pull a chica from out of there before I'm done.
Some obsevations:
First, I'm done with Sosua after this trip. Too many other great places to enjoy. I don't know if I was paying as close attention on my last couple trips, but Sosua seems SUPER hardcore now. It is a FEW nice honeys but ther are also A BUNCH of trashy ho's. Damn near everybody wants short time and that means only one hour these days which surely means one pop as quick as possible. One sexy chica that just isn't my type because of her demeanor and approach quoted me 3k for one hour. I f'and laughed in her face! GTFOHWTBS!
Anyway, tis not all gloom and doom. I hit the strip around ten full of hen and had fun flirting and dancing. But this one beatch did manage to pick pocket me. I consider myself to always have my wits about me, but she was good. The shitty part is that I was the least bit interested in her, but danced with her anyway trying to be "nice". Be careful fellas.
I did apply the AH2 approach. It was great success in the end, but I had to freaking work in it. It was rough sitting in Dlatin and Rhumba for over 3 hours scouting. It is soo much harder to find what I'm looking for. At one point the thought creeped in my mind that I just might go to my condo solo my first night back (condo is dope by the way).
I'll jot some stuff down as a get a chance and give a recap of my trip with more detail at some point. I don't know about cutting off all the lights, but this trip is definitely a curtain call for me. I feel lucky to be able to savor some of my prior experiences. Sosua is really a shithole. I completely understand the way a few veteran mongers feels. Of course there is more pussy than you need, but the feel / transacting is terribly. For me anyway. It has always been more than getting a nut.

When you have many trips and know plenty of women you may not need Sosua. If you are looking for GFE Sosua is not the best. However if banging 19 year old pussy is what you want TADA.
The women are meeting the needs of the guys. The guys going to sosua are looking for ST. They sell what the market wants. After a few days you can see how sleazy it is bu a little sleaze can be fun. If Sosua was not there you would miss the hell out of it. I still miss Classicos.
