As Takedown says you find this more prevalent amongst the Asian hunter girls but even other non Asian hunter girls. They just do it subtler. It may not be so blatant as a girl just shaking her head at you would like Janine de would do at Sharks when you make facial and hand gestures on whether you can come over to her.
As for Asian hunters they will tell you to your face they only go with Asian men.
