If the present tenants go under, then in many cases a similar tenant would likely take over the lease.

If the existing owners did not have enough cash to keep paying rent, interest, tax and license and other expenses, they can either borrow more if that is something they like to and if the lenders would lend them lonely. Or else, they can raise new equity or just sell the business to new owners. If they had become insolvent, lenders would be taking over and perhaps sell it.

In the fuck club business, I have no idea how these things work. The principles of economics would still be the same but do they have the same profit motive as in a normal business or is it money laundering and other nefarious purpose? If the motive is not profit, then they may not care if they kept losing money for an extended period. Some people here have hinted that clubs are owned by gangs, perhaps some sort of criminal enterprise. If that is the case, they may need to tap other sources of financing and banks and normal avenues may not be open. How difficult is it to obtain a license for a brothel? Is it transferable in the event of a sale?

Looking from outside in, we can only guess at their PnL statement.

My guess is, at least some clubs would be financially very stretched and probably need to shut or find new buyers or have to restructure in some other way. I had said the same thing almost 2 months ago here in this thread.
