By the way. I wonder if my below-described experience with Scandallo Club is normal. In other words, do these clubs (as opposed to clinicas and prives) stay empty until 9 pm or so? Does it worth visit them in the middle of the day or early evening?

Roll up your sleeves and search the GP Guia or other Brazilian forumswith the word "Japonesa" and you will come up with several answers.
For instance there are Japanese garotas working in Clinica Washi and Tatuape

So, here is a report on my recent exploits.

Got their close to 10 pm. For me, I think it's the best time, as the place was mostly empty, the girls were just arriving and I got good personal attention from some of them, allowing me to make a good screening.
I immediately identified 2 girls that fit my criteria of skinny, young, long legs, tight butt, model type. Using few Portuguese phrases written on paper, I conducted negotiations with a girl called Jiesa, or something like that. 20 yo. She was friendly, agreed to do "tudo and more", asked for 350R. I countered with 300R and the deal was struck. The total damage was: 50R entry. 50R to get the girl out. 10R to get the girl's bag (I was quite perplexed by that, but the English speaking barmen told me that this is how it works for all) .70R hotel. 300R girl. Total: 480R. Pretty pricey, but ok.
The girl was responsive and we had a nice first run. The problem is, I finish in minutes my first session. We then chatted a bit and I was stunned that the phone rang. I could of swared that no more than 30 minutes have passed, but the girl told me that hour passes quickly. I think I was ripped of, but as I didn't have a watch, I can't say for sure. I did take her phone and she expressed willingness to come to my hotel for 2 hours the next day for 300R.
On my way back, I passed Casarao. In spite of my last report, I decided to sacrifice 10R to pick inside, being encouraged by the lack of long line of low-lifes at the entrance. Insiide, the atmosphere was much better than the last time I visited, with more space to move and breath. I spotted 2 girls that fit my criteria above. Negotiated the same way 150R, plus 25R for the room. Went to the room. The girl was very hot and nice, but when the close came off, I noticed unpleasant markes of former pregnancy, with serious stretch marks on the stomack and soggy tits. While during the negotiations she announced that she won't do anal or BBJ without a condom, she compensated somewhat with friendly disposition. Given that the room was less hideous than the one I used last time, I withdraw my unconditional "no" to Casarao now. It still to uncivilized for my taste, but is a good value for a quickie, when the latter is in dire need.

Casarao advice.
1. Gets very crowded, most especially on the weekends after 1230 am or 1 am.
Get there at 11pm or so if you don't like crowds and want to watch girls as they arrive.
2. If you sense that the garota is hard-core, asking for drinks right off, asking for more than 150R, then she most likely is hard core, so leave her.
Plenty of sweethearts who will give you a nice time there.

When I visited Scandallo recently one of the girl told me that there are sort of 2 shifts, afternoon / night and night / dawn.

I have been to SP many times over the years, used Clinica Kin most often, Asshai since Kin closed, used Craigs list with mixed results, escort agencies with poorest results. I have a question, I will be traveling with a couple freinds, is there a strip bar in SP similar to the USA or Canadian clubs? Will be in the Broklyn part of SP.
