If guys go to a restaurant and buy beef steaks but are served dog meat, they would all likely get very upset. They are both meats, but some meats are repulsive to certain people.

Pre-Covid the most profitable bars in Nana Plaza, just as an example, were the ladyboy bars. So, if one were a pretty LB, one has a ready and willing market. You need a chain saw to see you through Azul's shoe leather steaks hehe. Just kidding. Azul's steaks are no where as tough as shoe leather. Unless the kitchen cut them up, it's hard to cut them with plastic knives in the dark.

Azul's steaks got smaller after CoVid, but are still fairly good and good values, if you can have the meseros instruct Azul to grill a medium rare, not burn it to a crisp, cut it up so you don't have to with plastic knives. A wingman usually orders arrachera, which is skirt steak. Azul's grills it fairly tender; at home he would make it so tough and inedible. He also usually orders 2 steaks to take home because they are good and cheap. Besides, his wife is a vegetarian and would never cook meat for him. Good food and good sex with hot girls.
