I followed the directions on their website but the sign on the door to the place was different. It was my first time in Osaka but RTFF gave me all I needed for MUCH fun on the short visit! It seems that Muki bought out another chain, and the chain before had a Japanese Only policy. I assume this is for their other locations as well, excluding Osaka, but I may be wrong.
