Glad I could also contribute to the cause. Was really nice to read the posts of last 2 or 3 days. We are really going in the right trend. Calibrating the prices, with inputs from everyone with varying experiences, is really going to help us in bringing down the prices. People will know what they need to bargain for and what it's worth.
