[/QUOTE]The all inclusive EWR (Early Work Release) is still in operation in AC and Barro Barretto Bars, but not in Metro Manila (Makati / Burgos Street Bars or Pasay / EDSA Entertainment Complex Bars). In these two Metro Manila Venues one typically pays the bar a large barfine of from 1900 p ($42) up to 3900 p ($87) depending on the bar plus a roughly equivalent service fee negotiated privately with the ladies for their ST or LT services. Ouch, Manila is expensive! Ladies drinks are subtracted from the barfine however.

In AC the all inclusive EWR is still alive, but AC is changing rapidly and many large and mid sized bars now have a 2 or 3 tiered price system for their girls based on looks and popularity. For example, a 2500 p /3200 p /4200 p barfine structure is becoming more and more common. The default time is still LT, but many girls are choosing to break this implied historic contract by choosing to run after the first shag. Screening your potential AC bar girl is now very important as the system appears to be breaking down.

Only in Subic (Barrio Barretto) is the all inclusive EWR (barfine and service charge) along with uniform pricing for any girl in the bar still intact. This is one of the reasons why I now prefer Subic over AC. I also like the easy going Subic vibe and the attitude of Barrio Barreto girls better.

As to Metro Manila, this is just my opinion, but I strongly believe that the top Pinay working girls in the country in terms of looks and for lack of a better expression, wilder and looser sexual mores are found in Manila not AC or Subic where the payment system (in Manila) is actually very similar to BKK & Pattaya Go Go's, but with the Manila bars getting around 50% of the grand total.

I think I have made my point clearly enough so I won't repeat it.

I went to Baccara the other night and made a plan with Number 15 to do short term, I accepted her terms and she agreed to go get changed, However she changed her mind shortly after. I really doubt it. What actually happens is girl isn't able to get 2,000 in a bar setting but agrees to see one off hours at her true price-500 baht.

I wholly concur with D07. I believe it's a modified version of the 80/20 rule. 85 percent of the services you receive fall into the 85 percent range which is good enough. 10 percent are unsatisfactory but that 5 percent (if you are lucky) will consistently fucking nail it exactly the way you like, be it a contractor, sports car mechanic, interior designer, hooker etc.

Then, if money is not an issue for you, you pay whatever you need to in order to keep the relationship strong. Sadly, inevitably it will fade and you have to start again, sigh, and hope you find it again.

If as you say, she provided an ordinary service (85 percent range) then you should not exceed the market rate or less if possible for if she splits then not much lost.

It is a typical Beer Bar and the two times I've been there last time two years ago. On both occasions pretty much older ladies, 300 BF, 1000/1500, that was two years ago.
