Hey guys. This seems to be the most active thread. So I'm here to report and seeking some info:

This is my second time in CC, the first time felt like a complete outsider.

I'm traveling solo, met some cool local pinoys in Siargao who helped me cover the way the locals party on islands and in city life.

Obviously they are aided 100% because they speak the language. There is a huge P4 P in the local community the pros here already know that. The locals use apps too and word of mouth brokers and finder fees / pyramid dating.

What I learned which obviously isn't a shock but the local p4 p rate for top level to basic level is much different then foreigner rate. It's funny because it's very possible the local I was hanging with made very good money+ maybe more than me. Many of these locals are loaded and still paying 1,000 pesos -2000 pesos for overnight 18-23 year old hotties.

So that's old news, for newbs. Cebu city is not just an online scene. Obviously can pick up at malls / etc -that's hit / miss. More 'hit' are the disco's especially if you are 40 and under or can look that age, drink / nod your head to music. Right below the water front hotel is a disco called Agwaa, pronounced like agua. Handful of workers there and normal 18-24 year old chica's that some may or may not be into P4 P. I got sexually assaulted in a good way in the club by a chubby cutie. Lap dances and make outs. Hooking up in these clubs is more hit then the mall. // clubs start about 11 pm and go to 5 am. If you haven't found a date by 2-3 .it's time to go, forgot the name of the bigger disco. It's a Korean spot but all are welcome. PM me I can get name for you / also mentioned in a recent post.

I also found a strip of lady bars / AC style clubs here. Obvious they are here some reason I didn't discover my first time. It's definitely worth a look. Now last night I had an internet date and we were looking for live music and stumbled on these bars. Since she's bisexual she was game to grab a drink in one. What was interesting was there were mostly local pinoys in the lady bar club I was in. It was the most live one with many ladies, girls doing sexy / clothed but panty pussy dances. My girl was happy to see the ass and thongs on display.

There were a few foreigners popping in; the mamassan scene.

For the pro's here: question. /. These bars are like car dealerships. / if you're a dumbass. Or appear like a newb they will quote you crazy rates.

I guaranteed the pinoy perhaps are paying a bar fee of maybe 1,000-1,500 max and then probably another 1,000-2,000 to the lady for a few hours.

Can someone tell me what to expect from mama. For the white man bat fine? In Makati's I believe they are asking like 2-3 ish and the girls expect another 3. For 1 hour. That of course is the 1st time no frequent flyer rate.

Of course I would imagine some girls can command a higher hourly rate.

Outside of the AC strip club style bars. // there was a traditional bar. No music / no sexy dance show. Just a empty bar with a line up of hot women 20-25 years old.

I was curious if that bar fine rate / and girl hourly rate is lower, same program as AC style lady dance bar.

I'm game to go back. And report my experience. Just wanted to show up with a Kelly blue book price 😂.

I get this email usually twice a year, around February (first half the year) and then around June / July (last half). Its either the p1 twice-annual sale, or the low base rate (few hundred P) twice-annual sale. The sale window is always 2 weeks, and the travel dates are usually going forward from the sale window several (up to 6) months. This year there was no first half announcement, and finding base fares to / from MNL domestically was p4 k+. It appears the low prices are back. A few minutes after that email arrived, another arrived announcing p1 fares from Clark (see pic). I was actively looking several times this year domestically, and didn't see anything under p4 k. Get 'them while they're hot.

PJ is correct. Sometimes I get a promo email from PAL or CP, and then checking the prices during the sale period, I can't always find the sale price on the website.

I did realize you were talking about domestic flights. Sorry, It's just that I book all of my domestic flights before a business trip from overseas every few months. I've never received the twice a year seat sales with CP but got another email from them today about some other 'deal' that doesn't suit me. Obviously if a good fare comes up, I'll snag it and generally airfares in the Phills are pretty cheap if you plan well in advance. Just my experience. Phil.

And another tidbit, I forgot to share previously. A friend stayed at La Verti Residences (Taft Ave near Buendia, Pasay) for a year during covid. I visited him there. He leased unfurnished for p18 k / month (and he shouldered the utilities, for a typical total $25 k / month at the time, he said; that's about $500/ month all in for rent / utilities, not bad in the city). I didn't ask who the owner was. I stopped at the front desk on my way out, as there was a large sign that read "We are leasing units for p18,000 per month. Inquire here". I stopped and asked about leasing. The concierge girl pulled out a stapled stack of papers. She had oodles of open places for lease. Guessing that is how he got his unit. Point is, with all the building growth spurt during covid, there are probably oodles of 'pre-owned' units on the market.

Most foreigners lose money on property bought overseas, especially when they build a mansion in the middle of nowhere surrounded by poverty. Where you going to find a buyer?

Knew a guy who bought a condo in Pattaya. 10 years later the Russians moved into the neighborhood. He can only get half the price he paid for it now.

These are 'shorts' or 'reels' on FB. In this short vid, he explains why the majority of condo units are not lived in or occupied. Basically the owners consider the units as an investment (not as a place to live). They refuse to sell it at a loss or below market value, "creating a bubble that never pops". Some rich Korean buys, say, 8 units. When they don't rent, or rent poorly, he's not going to sell them even as their value drops.

And another, where he compares condo ownership in nine asian cities. His comparison is as such. He looks at how many years it would take to buy a typical 1-br unit in each city, based on average annual salary. Among them: Singapore and Japan 22 years, Korea and Thailand 25, HK 33, Indonesia 37, and Phils 42 years.

I doubt there are any foreigner women visiting their Filipino BFs or husbands.

I have seen many YouTube foreigner guys but no foreigner women YouTube videos.

My Korean friend is a president of some construction company and brings the same 2 employees and sometimes clients on his visits. I doubt foreign women are bringing business clients to the Philippines and sitting at the beach with them or brought them for shopping. Most richer foreign women will not like the uncleanliness in PH.

I have traveled to other islands and see a foreigner guy almost daily but no foreigner women. Many guys doing scuba diving, but few women.

So the only thing I can see bringing foreign women to PH is the beaches.

Many of us come halfway around the world for sexy Filipinas. I doubt Western women are coming this far for the beaches. So this leaves the Asian women as majority of the visitors. I find the percentage really hard to believe. I would expect more of a 33 to 66% split.

Any theories of how there could such a high percentage of foreign women visiting PH?

On my flight's it would be a 50/50 split. Sure, a lot of the women are returning home to visit family but many have become foreign citizens of their adopted countries and have lived abroad for years. Additionally, I've seen so many European couples and foreign female friends visiting places like Moalboal, Boracay and many of the islands on vacation. Places like those generally attract a 50/50 split.

Sabang is probably the only diving spot where I've seen a really large proportion of men compared to women, and those visitors are predominately Korean who are there for a combination of looking at fish and girly bars.

I travel a lot for business before pleasure and the foreigners I meet in the business circles would be a 60/40 split with more women filling roles that were historically male dominated.

If your were to only visit Mango Ave, Makati and / or Angeles on a trip to the Phils, it would be right to assume 90% of foreigners would be men. Although significant, the sex tourism market is only a small part of the overall foreign visitor picture.

I have seen quite a few in SM City, but they're a bit pricey. Any local recommendations would be appreciated.

(And yes, my glasses are only for reading and not for determining if it's a ladyboy or not).

I wish I could keep it at 12640 p a day. Its been discussed before a few drinks with barfine is around 10 k. Now I don't do barfine everyday but food lodging and other things add up. ,Buying girls crap at mall they want, I know I'm a softy. Last time regular needed bathing suit and various things. I may be a bit more generous with my regulars, but hey I'm there to have fun. In pussy hell here I spend nothing so why not. My average usually comes to around 15 to 20 k a day for 2 weeks not counting airfare. I'm there to have fun, I can be a penny pincher when I return home.

I plan on visiting the Philippines soon. I live in Tokyo, though I'm from the US. My best friend is Filipino (from Cavite) and said I'd have a great time there, even more than in Japan. He suggested to me that I should definitely not go to Manila, rather to "go south. " Started rambling on about how Manila is dangerous and grimy, and how the girls would like me more if I, again "went south. " I suppose I could go to Cebu or something. Do you guys agree with this?

I particularly do like the "grimy" nightlife in Japan and spend a good deal of time in underground bars. It can be quite dangerous, so I think I'm comfortable with it. That being said, we are talking about Japan which is safe even in its most sketchy places.

My goals are basically to hang out with a lot of girls and sing karaoke.
