Visited 2 new-to-me clinicas in the western part of town. Unique Spa and Kin Center.

* Unique Spa is at Rua Miranda Guerra, 1052.

This is inside a big residential house, with a parking patio in the front. It's in a quiet-ish residential area. There is a house number and a guy sitting on a plastic chair by the entrance. Just walk right through and the entrance to the reception will be obvious.

The whole place seems new, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms and the showers are quite spacious. There is a fully stocked fridge and a bar (costs money) and there's a grill (though I am not sure how it works and what would it take to get a piece of meat).

I showed up around noon on a weekday and they had maybe 10 girls in attendance, and more trickled in later. They have a special price that's posted on gp-[URL]guia.net[/URL] - 140 per hh, 170 per HR (or was it 190? I don't remember, check it out) - but need to tell them your forum ID and show them the ad.

I had 2 fabulicous experiences and 1 weird non-experience.

The fabulicous experiences were with Mel (shorter and curvier girl-next-door) and Paty (taller and thinner girl-next-door with long and lovely hair).

I had them separately, not together. Just couldn't resist.

Both experiences were wonderful: very GFE, lots of kissing, sucking, licking, etc etc.

Then the weird non-experience: there was this girl named Renata. Another cute girl-next-door type. In the first presentation, she came to me but when I reached out to hold her hand she shook my hand off rather abruptly. Overall, gret impression from this place, as long as they keep the rates at the Tangara level, I will keep coming.

* Clinica Kin Center Libera Rivelino 210.

This place is located off a mini-sidestreet. If you think there should be a house, but there isn't, but there is a side street with a graffiti mural at the end. You're in the right place. There's also a sign that says "Kin" something. Or it could be a door mat. There is also a house number. Anyway, it's relatively easy to find. If you're particularly cheap, it's within walking distance from Brooklin subway station (probably less than 5 minutes walk).

This is one of those places where they ask for the payment up front. The cost is 200 for the half hour, and I forgot how much was the hour. I was there in the afternoon on a weekday, and there were maybe 10 girls available, or a few more.

I picked a girl Carla, a shorter curvy girl that was very huggy and huggable. Paid at the front desk, they took me to the room. Was super small, kinda "japanese-style" with a mattress on the bottom. Shower was normal size.

The girl did all the normal things, I enjoyed the experience.

However, it's kinda out of the way and with it being more expensive than the other places and with the pay-first thing I don't really see a reason for me to go back there.

I think it is good to let the forum know about alternative locations. I also went to these places on my Sampa trip in summer 2022 and both are worth a visit.

There is a link between Unique and Kin as the people who used to run Kin – Moises and Vanessa – left a while ago and have opened up Unique. Moises and Vanessa are both great and I have always been treated well by them. I have found the people who run ok (as a gringo visiting they seem to make more of an effort? But if you read Gpguia you will see that they get a lot of criticism, and some of the girls that I have spent time with have also complained about the management.

So why do I go to Kin? – well, Brooklin used to be just down the road until it moved, and there are several highly rated girls who work at Kin – Tiffany (who used to work at Mirunas) and Camilla (who used to work at Brooklin). Both are highly rated on Gpguia and I can testify that Tiffany is well worth it IF you can get her as her time is usually pretty well booked up in advance. I've never been with Camilla but she is a highly rated MILF on Gpguia. My favourite at Kin, and my reason for frequenting, is Helena (who used to be known as Fernanda at Brooklin). Price in July 2022 (without gpguia discount) was 220 reais for an hour. There are also other clinicas in the area. Cancionero is a short walk away the other side of Av. Petroque Junior and Espaco Morumbi is near Shopping Morumbi. These are all walkable from Morumbi or Brooklin metro stations and the area is safe during the working day. However, I rarely find anything at Cancioneiro (since Agatha moved to Mirunas) and nothing at Espaco Morumbi (where the receptionists don't seem very interested in you). I love Brazilian food, but I'm not a Michelin 5-star foodie, so I tend to eat where normal Brazilians eat out. I like to eat at South's Place Churrascaria on Av. Petroque Junior. Last time I was there (summer 2022) it was about 75 reais (minus drinks) which is about a fifth the price of Vento Haragano in Pinheiros (now closed) which cost about 350 reais when I was last there in 2019. Not high-end food but excellent value IMO – also in summer 2022 one of the management staff who walk around to check that everything is ok was slim with a mega-huge rack, which was a bonus!!

I discovered Unique Spa (via Gpguia) last summer. It is a bit of a trek to get to. I took the metro to Brooklin then got a taxi. I went with Mel and, I agree, she is great and well worth the trip out to spend time with. Price in July 2022 (without gpguia discount) was 230 reais for an hour. Moises is also a great host and it looks like he has a good line up of girls there so worth a trip. There's not much else in that area, but the new location for Brooklin is just a few 100 yards down the main road. I went in there, but it was early afternoon and there were few girls and the receptionist was a bit pushy trying to get me to go with one of the few girls there. Maybe it is worth a visit in the early evening when it will be better staffed?

Its always good to let ISGers know about alternative locations to Tangara and the Moema clinicas.

However, I don't think I would say SP and Medellin are exactly in the same league. I think Nounce did a good job of pointing out the differences and local prices.

Overall, Sao Paulo is a cosmopolitan city that is approximately six times larger than MDE. Being the focal point of a much, much larger economy gives it far more wealth and energy. While you can find people living well in Colombia and any country, there are enormous upper and middle classes in Sao Paulo. Mexico City might be a better comparison to Sao Paulo.

This leaves out of the discussion of what types of women one is looking for and what types of venues interests one. As far as venues, Sao Paulo does offer a lot of types and levels.

One last note, it would seem to me that on first glimpse foreign tourists impact the Colombian sex market more than Sao Paulo. I'm not sure what that means to overall prices, but it suggests to me that again SP has enough wealth to support a vibrant sex scene without sex tourists. You and others might have a different perception of this dynamic.

Anyhow, these discussions might appear mundane to some but they help newbies determine what is important to them in a destination in relation to their wallet.

It is not necessary to pay that amounts for hotels if you know how to do it the right way.

For Sao Paulo, I often book the hotels directly with them (If they have a rewards program) during the cyberweek in November (big discounts), if I already know when I want to go the following year.

If not possible, I book via [URL]travel-4-less.com[/URL] and can safe often a small fortune (that I can spend then for other expenses).

Use WWVRY as an extra 5% for first booking, but no guarantee. For me it worked (few months ago).

I don't even consider the offer because it is risky and I don't like risky when it comes to my hotel reservations. With direct corporate hotel reservations and with reservations on sites like Expedia et al, I know my reservation will be honored exactly as stated and I know I will get a refund if one is necessary. With these lowball sites I don't know anything.

I also prefer sometimes direkt booking, but only when I have a status level there and get some extra % or a coupon code on birthday etc 😁 . But sometimes I have to choose another path, and I will definetly not pay the big ones 10-30% more than necessary. Because you also surely know, that their prices (fees) have to generate a big plus to satisfy their stockholders. 😂.

And yes, on that platform you have to register before you can see the prices, because thei are (in average, not every time of course) so low in comparison to the average travel industry prices, that they are now allowed to show directly (according the so called RateParityAgreement between the hotels and the big portals. If you have heard of that) . E. g in Vegas, in the top notch hotels I saved very very often hundreds of $$ booking with them 😎.

I was mostly visiting the places in Villa Mariana.

Villa Mariana. Centro:

Rua Joinville, 607. Neo Zen Spa: On Fri 12:20 pm, 2 girls rating 6/10, looks age 30. Prices: Tantrica - 300, Thailand (massage with boobs) - 400, Nuru - 500. All hourly prices. Sex. Extra 300, but easily down to 200. They told 5 girls work there, and 3-4 pm is best to visit. Even their cheapest option was expensive for me, and that too with avg girl, so didn't do session.

Avenue Conselheiro Rodrigue Alves, 920: Went on Fri 2 pm. The place has big door outside, and it was closed. I rang the bell, but no body opened.

One guy gave me the above address 'Rua Dr Jose de Quieros Aranha, 148'. So, he knows why I was there and since he gave the address, I assumed the building is not occupied.

Av. Guimaraes Passos, 399: A young girl, looks age 25, answered from inside. She told no massagem. Maybe they are discreet and said no to me.

Rua Bartolomeu de Gusmao, 147: This seems to be a popular place, I have seen 5 guys in 20 minutes I was there. Hours 11 am-7 pm, Sat noon-6 pm, Closed on Sundays and holidays. 185/60, 275/90. Four hands - 310. I don't understand why this is popular. You rarely get to see the girls in person, only on photos even while you are at the location. Wait time for the girl is like 1-2 hours. Rua Luis Gois, 820: On Sat 4 pm, closed. I rang / knocked, but no one opened. But it's still the same place, since the sign outside lists their whatsapp number which is same one in ISG maps.

Rua Dom ANtonino Galvao, 266: Went on Sat 4:30 pm. Saw 5-7 girls, rating 6-7/10.140/30 190/ HR. A guy I met at Clinica Tangara told that this place, along with Clinica Tangara and 'Rua Dr Jose de Quieros Aranha, 148' are by the same owner. Seems he is right looking at the pricing structure.

Daily lineups are 10-20 girls each and these places get busy. I have thought about parking myself between these two clinicas instead of my usual moema.
