Australia is about to introduce on-line registration instead of the paper forms. It's not a peculiar PH thing for those of you looking for ways to ridicule Philippines regulations.

That is the reason it may seem to you that they don't "check" it. If you arrive WITHOUT having completed it, you will be sent off to do it and must join the line again. I travelled a little when borders reopened after pandemic, and they used to have a line where they manually checked everyone's QR code on arrival (and vaccination card etc) before you were allowed to progress to immigration. Now there are some people stood around asking if you've done e-travel sometimes, so I presumed they'the caught out people at entrance to immigration who said they hadn't done it.
I am same as you, do it on exit also just in case. A lot less hassle to complete on app at home with good WiFi than have to complete in emergency at checkin.

Crack heads (actually meth heads but let's not split hairs) are mostly confined to the streets and are blatantly obvious. Quality gogo girls won't say no to some party starters but true addiction to anything hard soon sees them fired and banned for performance and reliability issues. I was talking to a Filipina and the topic of her joining me in Bali or some other destination outside of the Philippines came up and she said she has been "Offloaded" and can't leave the country.
What exactly is this? And how do you get around it? Curious as I have thought about flying her to me when I travel in Asia in less monger-friendly areas or just want an easy no hassle holiday girlfriend! I'll be return to SEA end of this year and want to see if this may be an option.
Was thinking, if I stopped in the Philippines and accompany her would that resolve the issue?
Normally I won't consider flying anyone to me but she's cost effective considering the cost of flights around SEA is not too expensive and if I have to stop in the Philippines, it can be made part of my stopover.

It can also be because the Officer is having a bad hair day and decides to be a prick. If the girl is obviously broke, never travelled before and travelling alone then there is a very good chance that she won't make it through. However, it also happens to surprisingly well to do girls on occasion.
The biggest work around is for her not to fly alone. Definitely go, meet her and leave NAIA together. Give her a letter of Invitation and put a few bucks in her bank beforehand. Don't ask her to lie but prep her on potential questions and answers. She doesn't want to say she doesn't know where she is going with some guy she met in a bar last week.
Cost effectiveness is assessed case by case. Additional boat trips, parasailing and day trips soon mount up to waaay more than a local fuck. However, chilling by he beach and seeing natural highlights has little marginal cost. As you said it's not just about money. Having a known skilled provider on hand can be priceless esp of local providers are limited or simply poor performers. Unfortunately, this is common in tourist areas where girls only come across cashed up, gullible, short term guys and there is no incentive to give good service in the hope of repeat performance. Bali definitely falls into this category.

You have to be with the girl, show where you're going and what you're doing there, hotels, air tickets, and most important return tickets for the girl. Second time I did it we had no return tickets, because we were getting off in Thailand, and I didn't know how long we will stay there. I had to book flights on the spot from bkk to mnl, and email the officer the reservation. Also very important is to have pictures together taken at different times, and different locations, to prove that there is a long term relationship going on. Don't lie because they are trained in catching that. The interview is not with the pass control guys, but with a different ones with piercing eye sights, and maybe you, and the girl will be separated. Have plenty of spare time, this may take few hours. I've done a lot of research on this, but everything seems to be conflicting.
I'm looking to open a bank account in The Philippines mainly for business purposes. It's cheaper for me to pay my suppliers in pesos as opposed to the universal $USD. It will also be convenient to transfer and receive some funds to and from a few girlie contacts. Yes, I've used G Cash, but it's not the ideal option for me.
I travel as a tourist even though I'm in the PH on average three times a year on business (and pleasure). The immigration process is just so much easier that way.
I've been told you have to have a resident visa, you can do it with an ACR card (only problem is I'm only there for three weeks max at a time) and I've also been told to sign up at a provisional bank branch who will be more lenient and accept 'a tip' (commission) for providing the service.
Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.
