Large police presence, raid
I mean on Wednesday is a good time for a raid the place is still very crowded I left because there was too many people Monday I had a great time. All the rules and prices and all that stuff I think I you can complain about or just don't come the police May shut the place down for all I know.
Police presence at what time today. After 6:30 ?
In the past I have seen enter and leave in opposite direction and visit the upper level too.

Enforcement ebbs and flows
HK has recently introduced and enforced new rules, also tightened old ones, aiming at increasing revenue and profit. I don't miss girls sitting on my lap crushing my balls in the club. I prefer t kiss the girls, suck tongues, suck tits, rubbing clits and fingering wet pussies with $10 fichas, There are not much sexier things you can do with the girls for 5 min $23 lap dances in the dark and cramped booths. Soon HK will rule out all the kissing and groping in the club, selling them in lap dance booths for more money.
If HK actually bans kissing and groping we need to stop going there.
They're not consistent with enforcing these rules and they'll enforce them when there's an abundance of customers. Makes business sense, on a busy weekend like 4th of July they can afford to piss off a few customers. During normal business hours or when there's a lull between major holidays, they'll relax to keep the customers they have. C19 has changed their clientele too. Vegas people and those who would normally go to Asia to monger are making Tijuana home for the time being and partially increasing the prices (besides the overall inflation going on everywhere, 9.1% in US). Time will tell if they stick around & whether their pre C19 clientele don't go elsewhere from the price increase and decreased value.
If prostitution were legal in the state of California, the price in Hong Kong immediately drops to $ 50. But right now if you want legal BJ or sex and not be arrested in sting operation in the USA the only place in the Southwest is Tijuana Zona Norte and the price at night clubs is $ 80- $ 100.
Those were the baby steps it took to legalize weed. Don't think CA will have full blown brothels any time soon, but decriminalizing streetwalkers is a good start.
Loitering vs Streetwalking
Not exactly. According to the article that you posted, what they've done is to repeal the law against loitering. Loitering is not hooking. Prostitutes and mongers caught in the act will still be prosecuted.
