For that you have to go South to either Shanzu or Bamburi or North to Kikambala or Kilifi or Watamu. I have no experience mongering in either of the latter places but would expect that all the real action there takes place in the privacy of villas, owned and operated mainly by Italians. They keep a low profile in public, but there are lots of stories going around among the other resident mzungus.

Watamu is excellent for deep sea fishing, but not much else, I suppose.

If beach ranks right up there for you, almost as high as pussy, then I'd suggest you try Diani Beach on the South Coast for a few days. The beach is far superior to Bamburi, but for variety and quality of pussy nothing beats Mtwapa.

I'm willing to take a matatu for that if there's nothing like it in Mtwapa which otherwise sounds like an excellent place.

It's the second junction South way after the bridge. You can take a matatu and jump off at the "Go Kart"and then walk to Ya'mas (about 12 minutes) , or take a taxi from Mtwapa for a few hundred shillings.

It's a very laid back place run by a Greek guy, the music is usually better than average, just like the food there.

There are always some girls hanging around there, or just next to it, acting as massage-girls.

When the tide is high you can have a good swim, when it's low there are still some pockets where it's deep enough to swim.

At low tide you can walk around the cliff to some deserted beaches, even as far as to the Shanzu beach.

Just been there a couple of days ago and its really a run down place right now. The beach is dirty, the service is lousy and the prices for drinks are steep in comparison. If you want to have a good choice of girls you don't choose a quiet place!

I hear that he went back to Greece 4 wks back (poor timing, I'd say) , minus his girlfriend (smart move, for which a few folks are quite grateful him, at least for a little while longer ). The place is for sale at a ridiculous 60 mio and the Indian owner is trying to operate it in the interim himself.

As a second option I have been looking at Indiana. The studio apartments are USD 65 (sounds good for a pool facing apartment with balcony). I have read conflicting reports on Indianas girl friendly status. Anyone here use it recently?

Greetings forum experts, will be landing in the capital late August, with a view to immediately getting a jetlink express to mombasa.

Given the timeing (overnight from Europe, midday to Mombasa) I'm not too bothered about having pre-booked accommodation. I can take some time looking round when I arrive.

Plenty of suggestions in the forum, anyone got any latest recommends? Bamburi Beach Resort seems popular, but then so do plenty of the apartments. Obviously I want safe, quiet, yet ideally situated accommodation if possible. Within easy reach of the action.

I'm on the lookout for a pussy-filled beach holiday, the bamburi's bungalows seem suited to the hobby. Any other suggestions re accomm?

Say I'm on the beach and I'm approached by a delicious massage girl and I decide to go with it. Do they have massage huts, their own place, or do we go to an accommodating friends place? Or back to mine?

Nothing loads me up for a good session like some red meat beforehand. Is there any chance of a decent steak?

Nightlife. Seems like Casaurina, Big Tree etc is tops. Afrika often offers loads of bars, local joints, and shebeens. Usually with one or two bargirls per joint. Is there plenty of this action in Mtwapa and its environs?

After 9pm Afrika can be pretty quiet on the roads. How's Mtwapa for street action, is it there or is the district all a bit rural and you have to find the local bars?

Exchange rate in my favour. 1500kes my target point for all nighter. Looking good for a visit, natch post a full report, and pics if I can get these big titted wonders to disrobe.

Should I allow some time to spend in nairobi for mongering on my way to Mombasa possibly on way back?

All the fat trimmed off, medium rare, absolutely delicious) and at Hunter's Lodge near Tamarind in Nyali (same quality meat but twice as expensive ).

Don't worry about any of the damsels requiring persuasion to disrobe (Mombasa is not like Addis ).

3. What are the other names of bars\clubs I should visit in my quest for a diferent 18-23yr old big titted companion every night.

4. I prefer one in afternoon and another in evening. Is the best strategy to walk the beach afternoon, then after business is concluded, disco or club?

5. Is it possible or worth it to rent a car, are there significant opportunities in other local towns or beaches?

10. Just how muslim is this area: is alcohol widely available (to buy locally or should I load up in Nairobi, duty free?) , and am I likely to be kept awake by the wailing from the minarets?

1. There are pools all over the place. And if you want to use one where you are not staying, there should be a bar somewhere and you'll blend right in.

2. Depends what you are looking for. Casaurina and Tembo girls will most likely charge for their time. You may get lucky at Big Tree, Lambada and Kendas. Rank. Casaurina (variety) , Big Tree, Lambada, Tembo, Kendas. Keep a look out on events and beach parties advertised when you are there.

3. Casablanca. Bobs and Bella Vista also come to mind. The latter is filled with young employed Kenyans.

4. Yeah, that's about right. Try the shopping malls too.

5. Mombasa is pretty small, so you can find your way very easily. Rent a car if you like checking out all clubs in a single night. I do that a lot. Diani is a good place to. Brilliant beaches but you'll have to go over the ferry. Renting a car will be cheaper than a cabbie. As weel, invest in a smart phone and get Google Maps.

6. There are ATMs in Mtwapa.

7. Depends on your budget. There are new apartments coming up all over mtwapa. The whole town is girl friendly. Check out.

10. Mombasa seems to be the only place in the country that the Liquor law does not affect. You can buy alcohol from the Supermarket. Nakumatt has a good selection. If you are into Whisky though, stock up on JD duty free. You'll get used to the minarets. They are not that bad.

Charging's OK, this is a monger board after all. I haven't time to "pretend" to have a relationship. I'll probably get some wheels and then I've got mobility without the hassle of the cabbie. I do have a smartphone with google maps, so hopefully the Nairobi SIM will do the trick.

I am planning to visit Kenya after one week, going to Nairobi and doing safari. I am also planning to visit Mombasa for a few days after two weeks and I have read Forum to find out where to book hotel in Mombasa but I am very confused now.

I don't know anything about Mombasa so all these different names and parts of town / beaches mentioned in the Forum are confusing me.

I want to visit lot of bars and clubs, or maybe just one very good bar or club all the time. I want to have some beach time but night life / mongering are more important. Is there night life / mongering in the beach also (Bamburi Beach?) or is it better to book hotel from some downtown and just visit beaches by day?

As a reference, when I went to Nairobi first time this year I learnt from Forum that Chelsea Apartments is good hotel and Florida Madhouse is a good club, so I stayed in Chelsea and visited Florida Madhouse everynight and I was happy. Well I visited many other clubs also.

Also, is Mombasa better for holiday / night life / mongering than Nairobi? I haven't decided yet how much time I spend in Nairobi and host much time in Mombasa (I hope that this last question does not start any flame war).
