I think Panorama, York and Regal are within walking distance of each other and together provide best value for money.
You can also visit Imperial, a African Night club in the hotel opposite York (I forgot the name) and Astoria TGT. Sea View you can walk in winter but better of in Taxi.
If you prefer you can have relatively cheap PRC and African in the parking lot between Ramada and Majestic.
I usually stay in that region and spend afternoon in Panorama and later move to York or Regal.
I think that apparent stunners in Hayat and Cin Cin are also caching In their urban upbringing and designer clothes.
Considering that in most cases CIS LT is not more than 3-4 hours and we have to sleep anyway, I don't think its worth to pay 1500 to 2000.
Most decent CIS girls also regularly change clubs so if you go again next day the Regal would have at least 30% new faces.
Although you should be aware that most Regal is Central Asian rather than Slavik Russian.
