One week ago I got an update by a massage parlor woman via Whatsapp. She doesn't expect that the places (Frankfurt) should open within short notice. Yesterday I was meandering through the city center to look for windows being open in order to clean the air inside the rooms. Nothing.

If a massage has full service then I recall hearing that there are additional taxes paid so that's why it won't be available in many.

Massage parlors are seedy and grungy.
