The staff asked me where I wanted to sit, and when I asked if they had a TV they said I needed to head into the sports bar which was further along the corridor (never knew there was another bar in there when I stayed at the Ibis on previous occasions). So I walked off down the corridor, and into the sports bar, which I think was actually in the adjoining hotel (possible the Novatel Deira from memory?) even though you can access the sports bar from the Ibis.

Anyway, don't know if this has been reported on here or not before, but there were about 6'ish African ladies in there (and looking pretty decent too) who were in about 4 groups (two of the girls on their own) and all clearly WG's. Didn't indulge myself as that was not what I was there for (so I have no idea of prices etc), but found it interesting there were a few in there so early in the evening. Not at all. I was just pointing the differences, I think we are 100% in agreement. The only problem I have is people who tries to bullshit me (not your case).

There are two sides to Dubai, one as a, if you want, operational base, the other as a harbor. I use (used) as a base, but that means that I am sensitive to both cost and quality.

Financial services are a shining example of incompetence, weather sucks 8 months per year, quality of housing is questionable (at best), bureaucracy is annoying, now you take out the girls and I am left with a very expensive place. Pussy is just part of this value proposition, and it has gone down big time. So my rental expires in 12 days and I am not renewing it, I can find no reason to stop here (well maybe from KSA, just to ruin the prices here!

Having just come back from a 2 week trip to Dubai, which involved various visits to old haunts and couple of new ones for me, here is my feedback on these places:

Jules Bar, Le Meridian Airport.

Entry Fees: DH 50 which includes one free drink (weekends DH100 and 2 free drinks).
Music: Couple of different bands 7/10.
Drinks Price: DH36 for bottle of beer.
Atmosphere: Not too crowded or smoky, although getting to bar can be a bit tough (stupid layout on bar!
Girls: This is where I believe Jules Bar has gone downhill over the past few years, previously yo used to get a fair mixture of both oriental and Russian / Ukrainian / Stani girls, so catered for all tastes. Whilst the are still a few blonde Russian types there, they are mainly all controlled by one woman and the prices quoted 1,500 for ST is far too excessive unless you have more money than sense. These girls are generally 8 or 9/10 looking wise but not convinced you will get a great time, look very cold. Couple of other good looking older Uzbeks (blondes) circa 30 etc, who I would recommend for around 1,200 for all night. The one reason for this place going downhill is the massive influx of Chinese girls who will just net leave you alone and keep poking and pinching you as you walk around, which gets on your nerves after a while.

Overall: 6. 5/10 Good value and not too crowded.

Tsar Nightclub, Capitol Hotel.

Entry Fees: DH 100 which includes one free drink (weekends DH150 and 2 free drinks).
Music: IMHO one of the best bands have heard for a while, and when they are not on stage some great looking dancers in lingerie.
Drinks Price: DH40 for bottle of beer.
Atmosphere: Not too crowded an plenty of room to get drinks at bar. Does not start to fill up until after midnight, so don't get there too early as it might just be you and about 10 others (as I did the first time arriving at 11 pm).
Girls: This was a new place for me, having been recommended by a girl I had met last time at Kuba Bar. When you arrive at Capitol Hotel you have 2 choices, Arab Club on left hand side or Russian Club on right hand side. The place is quite large inside and the few occasions I was there (including weekends) it was not very busy, can easily move around, get to the bar and get to the toilets. Most of the girls are of CIS origin (not right up my street), and on average I would say 8/10, with certainly some 9's including the bar staff and bar manager .
Overall: 8/10 Good value and not too crowded, great music and plenty of CIS girls.

Red Square Club, Moscow Hotel.

Music: At best can be described as average.
Drinks Price: DH48 for bottle of beer.
Atmosphere: This place now has to be one of the worst places to go, it's far too crowded, with both rude arrogant customers and staff. Unless you have booked a table you are just treated like shit. The door staff will just Bush and barge through you as if you did not exist with not even a sorry or excuse me, maybe this is how to treat the usual clientele there but beware of if you are westerner. When you go to the bar they take so long to give you your change, I have seen people just give up waiting.
Girls: If you like large arsed, black haired Uzbeks this is your place. There are a few other good looking CIS types but they tend to get snapped up quickly. I have a couple of regulars there which does help, but on average I would rate the girls 5/10, we a few exception 7/10's. No other Chinese or Africans girls in the club. Average quote is around 1,200 for all night (2 hours really max). I did pick up a Moldovan blonde one night who as very open minded and well worth the 1,000 cost, repeated it a bit later in trip.
Overall: 5/10 This place is going downhill faster than a downhill skier!!
Warning: Whilst I was there I believe I witnessed a scam which the bar and serving staff are involved in. Twice I say a girl with a tray full of shots walk deliberately into the back of guy (both were western) and spill all the drinks over the tray, she then bursts into tears claiming she will have to pay for the drinks herself unless the guy pays o replace them. When one guy refused security was called and he was ejected for being troublesome. You have all been warned!!

Kubu Bar, LE Meridien Creek.

Entry Fees: DH 100 no free drink.
Music: 8/10 Good chill vibe and tunes from resident DJ.
Drinks Price: DH45 for bottle / pint of beer.
Atmosphere: This a relatively small venue make to feel even smaller with the silly layout which mean you cannot see more than about 10 m without a wall being in the way, so you have to keep moving around or hang around by the entrance or way to toilets.
Girls: A wide selection, CIS, Vietnamese, African, although no more than 50 girls there maximum even when it is packed. Average rating would be 7/10, however you will find most girls move on to another club by around 1. 30 am, so would not recommend getting there any later than that.
Overall: 7/10 Good small venue with wide variety of girls.
