After more than a year away from SL I found that 5464r4 Road place is no more but their branch named after an Indian mountain range still exists. Any idea if FS is still available there? They may have stopped due to pressure from LE.

So unless the camera is a high end low light jobbie the video would be very grainy at best. I've seen homemade secret movies and one cannot quite make out facial features enough for recognition.
