I've never been to Peru but the service in Columbia [B]is not[/B] the same. For my purposes and needs service is Brazil is superior. I know both countries very well and have zero desire to monger in Colombia ever again when I know I can go to the best place in the world to monger for me, which is Brazil. I would even go to Germany before going to Colombia.

Therefore, I think Scandallo will be perfect for you guys. I just returned from a week-long trip to SP and spent 3 and a half nights at Scandallo. It seems a lot of BMs were also there recently. Thank you, guys for all your reports! I will be posting my thoughts and experiences at Scandallo and SP hobbying in general from my recent trip in another post.

As a big fan of Scandallo, I am intrigued by the varying opinions, praise and criticisms of this high end boate, so I will chime in with my 2 dollars (my posts are like novels).

I think the Scandallo is amazing and my favorite hobbying venue in the world, but might not be the best option for others depending on a their aesthetics, mongering patterns and preferences, time in Sao Paulo, economics, sense of value or type of preferred garotas, etc. While I think some of the criticisms of the club are valid, I think many are flawed.

[B]Inflationary Pressures and their Target Audience:[/B]

Much of the recent complaints, including my own, about the club focus on the increase in the cover and minimum consumption for entry to the club. The increase has definitely outpaced inflation, whether in Brazil or globally. When I first visited in May of 2021, it was R150 to R200 minimum consumption (all following numbers are in real unless with dollar sign) before 7 pm and 300 (200 min consumption + 100 cover) after 7 pm. Now it is 300 min consumption before 7 pm 500 (300 min consumption + 200 cover) after 7 pm. That's an 50-100% increase in min consumption and 100% increase in the cover after 7 pm. The working girls' entry fee has also increased at a similar pace as it went from 200 to 300 to 350.

Some claims the reason for this steep increase is to keep out the lookey looks guys or to increase the standards / caliber of the girls who work there, e. G. , keep out the riff rafts. Other claim the club increased the cost of entry to recoup their renovation costs during the pandemic. Others blame it on supply chain issues and increase in cost of labor. I think there's a sprinkling of truth of to all the above, but I believe the main reason is that they do it is because they feel they can without losing their targeted demographic, which are RICH men (usually locals, but some visitors, and many celebrities, musicians and professional athletes) or businessmen with big expense accounts. You might not like to hear it, but their target audience isn't most of the folks posting on this forum. They will gladly take your money, but could give a shit if you took your business elsewhere. It won't dent their bottom line one bit.

Their ideal customers are those that come in groups and party and drink lots of high end booze, with hot, flirty and available women being the environment to encourage and help with with drinking. Sure they make money from the food, hotel and exit fees, but that's not their bread and butter. Those are ancillary services to sell their main product, which also isn't the girls. Selling high priced liquor and also collecting admission to do so in this men's paradise of an environment is their money maker.

It just comes down to the rich got richer and the poor got poorer during the pandemic and the club is looking to take advantage of this, as their clientele can afford the increase. Heck, if it wasn't for the crazy weak real, many of us on this forum, me included, wouldn't be visiting Scandallo on a regular or infrequent basis. So I thank my lucky stars for the strong dollar / euro / pound vs the real and hope that doesn't change anytime soon, as I find Brazilian women to be amazing!

While I don't like the increase in the min consumption or the cover, it's still a drop in the bucket in the whole scheme of things. We are talking about a 100 increase in cover ($20 USD) and a 100 increase in consumption, and just about anyone would spend the new 300 consumption anyway, unless you are only drinking soda or water and don't eat and maybe buy 1-2 drinks for the girls you talk to. If you are that type of spender, you aren't a valued customer to them and they don't really value your opinion or business. Even if every forum member who would have went to Scandallo boycotted the place, it would not move the needle in the club's management's view on their pricing model.

Spending $40 USD on cove and $60 on drinks and food at a club is chump change for any high end establishment in just about any big developed city in the world. And Sao Paulo is the financial capital of Latin America with the most millionaires in South America, with a diverse population. You will pay more than a $40 cover at most high end clubs at any big city around the world, from New York, LA, Vegas, Miami, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin, Zurich, Tokyo, Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Seoul, Sydney, to Buenos Aires. And that's just some of the cities I've paid similar or much higher cover charge / min consumption to visit a high end club, whether it's a civilian club or one with lots of independent working girls. When looking at it through that lens, it is basically a ZERO to $20 USD increase for admission for most visitor. We've had it really good for a long time and this MINOR adjustment might be overdue. Especially if you do not discount / lump in the minimum consumption with the cover and basically claim you get nothing from the consumption.

[B]Venue Type: [/B]

Complaints about Scandallo for NOT BEING THE VENUE TYPE THEY WANT IT TO BE, rather than ACCEPTING IT FOR WHAT IT IS. Is just illogical IMHO. I don't get pissed at clinicas for not having lots of super models. I don't get upset at not having Michelin quality meals at McDonal's. I don't get pissed off at economy class on commercial flights not having a flat bed and dine on demand meals. I also don't get pissed at lions for being carnivores.

Scandallo IS NOT a brothel or freelancer bar where the girls line up and wait on you to choose them. For that you can go to Thermae or the Maria in Bangkok, Malioboro in Jakarta, FKKs in Germany / Switzerland, countless places in Spain, etc. Scandallo is a bar, restaurant, disco where there is a high cost of admission (at least for locals) which brings together men (and a few ladies) of means with hot women who are willing to provide companionship for some paper. It might facilitate P4 P activities, but the other aspects of the venue can't be ignored, where lots of drinking and socializing are involved.

Most of the guys aren't trying to impress the girls with their drinking or socializing. They have expensive bottle of liquor and VIP booths because they enjoy drinking the good stuff and hanging with their friends, co-workers, family members, etc. While surrounded by beautiful women who are willing to offer them companionship and sex for what's in their pants. Specifically the money in their wallet. They spend what you consider "ridiculous amounts of money" to have fun. To them. It's just "money".

You might consider it a *house, but IT IS NOT. It might easily facilitate P4 P action, but the girls are independent and have free will. They can turn you down with a flat "No Thanks", reject you by quoting an insane price, not taking what they don't feel is fair to them to spend time with you, make an excuse they are waiting on a client, etc.

You might also not consider it to be a nightclub, but IT IS a nightclub at night. Many guys go there with ZERO intention of taking a girl to a room in the hotel or out of the cub. Quite a lot guys just go to Scandallo to drink and socialize with friends and grope, dance with, make out, look at pretty women. Some might take digits for an outside rendezvous, while others just hang and let their friends have fun. It is just a nightclub with the option of easy P4 P if you wish to partake and have the coin, which isn't the same as a *house or brothel, with set rates and few girls can say no to you.

What I love about Scandallo is that it a different venue with a different vibe at different times during the day. In the afternoon, it's more chill and you see different types of girls working there. In the early evening, it AMPS up a bit without being too louds or crazy. During late night, it can be a madhouse of debauchery.

If the above is not your cup of tea, there are countless other hobbying venues in Sao Paulo and Brazil in general for you to have your fun, and hopefully in an environment and venue that more suits your hobbying style. During my most recent trip, I went to other boates from low brow Casarao to homely Bomboa, to high end clinicas / massage places like the Palms and Oro Spa, to good value clinicas popular with the locals like Tangara and Prime and even dabbled in online escorts and SA for the first time in Sampa.

[B]Pricing or Value of Girls: [/B]

I've seen the pricing go up from early 2021 to present day in regards to what the girls quote and are willing to accept. Hobbying inflation has outpaced normal inflation, in part due to the break many girls and clients took during the pandemic. Girls coming back to work want to make up for lost income. Guys missing out on their fun and with increased savings from not hobbying, are also willing to open their pocketbooks. With that said, I haven't found it to be too much of an increase compared to other cities I've hobbied at during and after the pandemic.

In 2021, I was getting:

Quoted:800 to 1,000 and they accepted 5-700 for 1 hour.

Quoted 1,000 to 1,500 and accepted 800 to 1200 for overnights.

In 2022, I was getting:

Quoted 800 to 1,2000 for one hour and they accepted 6-800 for 1 hour.

Quoted 1,000 to 2,000, but quickly accepted 1,000 to 1,500 for overnights.

Now in 2023, I've been.

Quoted 800 to 1,500 and accepted 600 to 1,000 for one hour.

Quoted 1,000 to 3,500 and accepted 1,000 to 2,000 for overnights.

It was mostly the ceiling that increased, as the floor prices can still be had.

I usually ignored the 3,000+ quotes, and the few I tried to negotiate with usually didn't budge so I moved on. Luckily, 90% of them weren't my type anyway. I did make one exception and it was one of the best nights I had in SP.

So from MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, the inflation wasn't that high compared to other hobbying locales, and I've mongered at FKKs in Europe, gogos, strip clubs, soapies, indy pickup bars in SE Asia and Latin America and online escorts and massage places in the US. All those places saw a 40 to 150% increase in hobbying prices.

At the end of the day, it also comes down to YMMV and what you bring to the able when it comes to negotiating prices with girls at Scandallo. They aren't clinica girls you just point and shoot and pay a set price. The prices you get quoted and what they accept depends a lot on how you present yourself in terms of looks, hygiene, personality, negotiating skills, ability to read the girl, ability to make her laugh or charm her. I am not saying that if you look like DiCaprio and don't flash much cash, that the girls will sleep with you for free or give you a super steep discount. Although, one time a girl INSISTED I take her up to the room for a free session (I still had to pay for the hotel fee) because I was not happy with how our last meeting went and she wanted to make sure she rocked my world (and she did) so I didn't think poorly of her.

I've had friends and heard stories from friends about situations where they totally got hustled on pricing, usually on their first visit, as they had the deer in the headlights look, and got taken advantage of. One personal friend paid almost 3 x more than I've ever paid at that point in time, for an overnight. When his pernoite was done, he had no regrets and he might have had gotten very good value. The girl was a nymphomaniac and they went at it all night. Past sunrise and she didn't let him rest until it was time for Sunday brunch! It was some of the best sex he ever had. Another friend of a friend paid a similar amount on his first visit for JUST ONE HOUR, and unfortunately only had a mediocre session. He ignored his friend's advice to check with him about pricing before going up to the room, but ignored his advice. He learned his lesson and is now having a blast in SP, while paying more appropriate pricing.

With that said, I've met girls who are level headed, not just about money and quite balanced. Many of them are so hot that they usually can find a guy to take them out of the club within a few of hours of entering the club. I've seen some of those on a regular basis and they tell me they are selective about who they choose and just want a fun time with good company. They also sometimes would charge less to those guys as they find their "job" less tiring and demanding than the "party crowd" and are forward thinking, as they are after repeat business with guys they like and perhaps hook a rich sugar daddy to take them on trips and nice dates. Some of these girls only drop by the club when they have an opening in their busy schedule, as they are usually either traveling with clients or seeing them outside the club on a regular basis or have professional pursuits that take up a lot of their time.

One constant argument about high pricing involves rolling in the cost of the cover and consumption into the cost of a "fuck". That's disingenuous, as it discounts all the value you get from paying your cover and consumption. Here is what I feel I get from my cover and consumption.

I get to be in a posh and luxurious environment to hang with friends, or if solo, a relaxed and comfortable place to meet higher quality working girls. The environment brings a lot of higher end women in one place for me to peruse and choose. Many of them are highly educated professionals or talented artists or beautiful models. I've met doctors, lawyers, engineers, teachers, artists, grad students, actresses and print / commercial models. Some just work at the club infrequently, as they might be going through a bit of a rough patch, want to buy something nice for a special occasion, are single parents who need a quick boost, saving for school / new career, etc. I've even met a few who came from a silver spoon upbrining with good paying jobs and just love sex and being wine and dined. As they like to put it, "they like to spend their money on themselves on their own wants, but like to have a guy spoil them as well. " In the club, they can have the best of both worlds without any attachments or drama.

I get to see the goods up close and personal, without worrying about IG filters, etc. I can take my time and get to know them and see if we might be a good fit and whether their personality would lead to a good time. I can't do that vetting at a clinica or with an online escort or on a SA site (without spending a lot of time and energy, which I value). Scandallo brings all the girls to the yard and creates an ideal environment for me to pick and choose. I certainly see a ton of value in that and would gladly pay the 200 cover.

As for the consumption, you get what you pay for, although at an inflated price, but that's the same at any high end club. No one is forcing you to blow through 1,500 to 3,000 in consumption. If you are frugile, you can still eat just fine and drink okay with the 300 consumptions. Many of my friends are able to have a nice dinner and a few drinks on that consumption so it's not super pricey. It's not like they are charging you 300 for water.

Perhaps you get zero value from the above, but if that's the case, what are you doing in a place like Scandallo, when you can go to a point and shoot hobbying venue?

Something not praised much on the forums (which I find curious) is the amazingly beneficial value in Brazilian hooker math for pernoite / overnights. It is usually just 50 to 100% more than a 1 hour session. For at most 2 x the hourly rate, you can get up to 12 to 16 hours with a girl. Sometimes it might be as little as 2-3 hours if a girl wants to leave after you pop, but that's why it's important to define the parameters of the overnight with the girl. Most of my overnights with Scandallo girls lasted from dinner until a late breakfast in bed or brunch the next day! An overnight in most western hobbying venue would be 6 to 10 x the hourly rate for 12 hours.

[B]Service Negotiation: [/B]

I used to use the "Go with the Flow" approach and trust my gut and people reading skills when it comes to the "vetting process". I usually buy a drink for a girl I am interested in and we shoot the breeze. I try to gauge her personality and demeanor and what I can read in her eyes (I used to pay A LOT of poker, which comes in handy) to determine if we have chemistry and would be a good fit. It worked just fine most of the time, but those few slips through the cracks did irk me and I have refined my approach.

Now when I "interview" a girl, I do what I usually do, but when I believe we are a good fit and I would be willing to "pull the trigger" and take her out of the club (I prefer pernoite over 1 hour "test run" sessions), I would tactfully and deftly ask some service oriented questions. I don't ask outright whether you do service A, be, see or the. Instead, I usually ask her what she likes in bed as I want to respect her boundaries and that mutual respect is important, which I believe as well. I don't want a girl grudgingly doing a service they don't enjoy or just outright lie and then reneg.

Usually they would either act shy or say they like everything and likes to please. This usually leaves me with an opening and allows me to say, "since you are shy and really don't want to say. Or that sounds too general and I want to make sure we have a good time, I'll make it easy for you and let you know what I like". I then let them know what I like and want in bed and then I ask them whether they are okay with the services I like / want (DFK, BBBJ, have high energy / stamina, like lots of foreplay and massages, CIM, etc.). As I am generally after a high energy / stamina oriented GFE experience, and don't have any crazy fetishes, they are almost always okay with my service requests. Only 1 or 2 girls every said no, and that was to BBBJ so I cut her loose. On a few occasions, I've even broached the subject of BBFS with a girl that I feel a great connection with and also feel she is "clean". I usually ask her if she has been recently tested or willing to get tested and explain to her that I have recent tests, take PreP and is clipped.

So I don't see a fault in either approach. Whether it's go with the flow or ask in a respectful and / or deft manner. However, I wouldn't go up to a girl at Scandallo with a pre-printed list of service questions in Portuguese and ask her to answer them. I think that would 1) put her on the defensive, 2) have her either say no when it could be a yes when asked the right way or 3) lie outright and give you either the minimal definition of the service or lie and not provide it at all in the room.

I am a firm believer in that if you treat the girls with respect and a person, you GENERALLY will get the same treatment back, especially when a lot of the local Brazilian men (or so I'm told by most of the Scandallo girls I've been with) are basically super macho and treat them like pieces of meat. Afterall, most of us are just after a mutually beneficial relationship / transaction with someone whose company we enjoy. Anything to further that goal is a win-win for both parties.

At the end of the day, I am not trying to tell anyone what is the best way for them to hobby. There are so many options in Sao Paulo. You should do what best works for you! However, it's also unrealistic, a bit arrogant, a little silly to think that those from this forum have much of an impact on how a club like Scandallo functions. Best advice I can give is my opinion on how best to navigate THIS SPECIFIC hobbying environment / venue and extract the best value and experiences you can from such a wonderful (to me) establishment.

It is a much calmer and smaller (both in size and amount of girls, but generally good quality) version of Scandallo. Good high end boate for a newbie to visit.

It's not for me due to the size and quantity of talent, but also a good change of pace.

This line is what everyone needs to understand. Boycott it if you want but it won't affect them. The only person it affects is you since you miss out on what Scandello is.

People always want to count the price of admission towards the price of a fuck, but this not correct as the admission charge carries its own separate value. At a place like a Scandallo (or a German FKK) you get something in direct exchange for what you paid for access to the club that stands apart from having sex. As you noted, a lot of guys don't even go to the room and enjoy just hanging out with friends and drinking and flirting and taking in the scene. If somebody doesn't value that sort of thing OK so then don't go. Now, I think that the nexus between having to pay extra to occupy a room is close enough to the fuck that it's appropriate to roll that into the overall cost of the fuck. But otherwise the cost of admission is the cost of admission, and the cost of a fuck is the cost of a fuck. They are not one and the same and should be viewed to carry their own separate value.

There is only one point I slightly disagree with: your rationale for why mongering prices are going up worldwide. As with everything in economics, it is fundamentally a question of supply and demand. Demand is going up because a lot more guys are in on the action. This is due the Internet (YouTube, IG, etc) informing everyone, a growing upper-middle class in many countries (Korea, China, now India), and the rich getting richer (as you pointed out). There has also been a decrease in the supply. This is partially due a decline in birth rates. In Brazil, around 1980, a woman on average would give birth to four children. In 2000, it's only two. That means the supply of girls in their 20's is half of what of what it was twenty years ago. There are similar trends in other countries including Thailand. Also, in many countries although the standard of living is low, it is not as low as it was 20 years ago. So women don't need to do this kind of work as much. So we are seeing an increase in prices more than inflation due to both an increase in demand and a decrease in supply (of quality talent). This trend of mongering prices outpacing inflation will only continue.

It has a pool tables and videogames, good size restaurants, cafe, large outdoor area. I don't think you will have problem finding quiet on a Saturday.

No, I know what I like and that's what I go for. Brazil and Germany with their termas and FKK cultures are my numbers 1 and 2. How can I even be doing Colombia "wrong" when it doesn't even have anything like that LOL! Of course each has its advantages and disadvantages. I've already considered and weighed those a long time ago and concluded that Colombia's advantages are for me outweighed by the advantages of Brazil and Germany. [/QUOTE]Scandallo is my favorite place simply because it ranks at the top in almost all the criteria I find important in a hobbying venue for Brazil (quantity of girls, quality of girls, ambiance, setting, comfort, ability to window shop and vet, etc.) The main drawbacks in relations to other venues in Brazil is the cost and minimum time / convenience. I order online, or just drop by for a quick lunch break like I can at a clinica, but those venues' drawbacks usually outweighs the pros for me.

My other favorite places I like to go to depends on my mood and schedule. Going to Scandallo day in and day out can get boring too! Instead, I'll list 5 of my favorite alternatives to Scandallo that I find enjoyable (in no particular oder).

1 a) Oro Spa – Higher end clinica / massage: Decent location, nice modern luxury facilities comparable to a nice spa / 4 star hotel. IPad lineup, helpful management (George, who speaks English is great) that will give you advice on which girl provides good service, has natural body, speaks English, etc. They have a minimum level of guaranteed GFE service provided. They solicit feedback and complaints seriously according to my friends who are regulars. R610 for 60 min.

1 b) The Palms. Higher end clinica / massage: Good central location, luxury facilities with a more natural outdoor feel and cabana rooms. IPad lineup, helpful management (Gabo, who speaks English is great) that will give you advice on which girl provides good service, has natural body, speaks English, etc. They have a minimum level of guaranteed GFE service provided. They solicit feedback and complaints seriously according to my friends who are regulars. R650 for 60 min.

1 c) Lotus Lounge – Similar to 1 a) Oro Spa in almost every way and close to the Palms. They are more tech savy and have videos in the iPad presentation. They also have a member only schedule update with full face pics online. No English speaking management. R650 for 60 min.

2) Casarao – Raunchy, loud and caters to locals and more regular Joes type of club / boate: Very good location near Av. Paulista (Rua Augusta) in a bit seedier part of town. Cheap entry R50 consumption (I didn't ask about the only admission option, but I think it was R30). If you like the sluttier, trashier, MILFier, darker skinned, bigger women with fake assets, then you are in heaven. The place does not lack in quantity and variety of women, but I found the majority to be in the categories I listed above.

The place doesn't get hopping until like midnight, but when it gets busy during the weekdays, it is super packed. The place is bigger than Bomboa and probably similar in size to Café Photo, but just a different layout. At times it feels as busy or busier than Scandallo on musical guest nights. There is a hotel next door and you can also pay an exit fee (R150?) to take a girl out. There is a 40 min (30 min in reality as the extra time is to clean up) for the girls as well as a 70 min option. The girls usually will take for 250-300 for 30 and 300 to 500 for one hour. Overnights can go from 500 to 1,000. So basically about ½ the price of a Scandallo girl.

I've seen some girls from Scandallo, Café Photo and Bomboa come here, after striking out at the first boate. I know they struck out because I saw them at the other club only 2-3 hours ago without any customers! So when guys say you can find Scandallo girls in Casarao, they are technically correct. But they are usually the girls no one found appealing in the first club. So to say average Scandallo girls = average Casarao girls in quality is misleading. But everyone has different tastes so perhaps the trashy PSE look is more your cup of tea.

3 a, be and c) Tangara, Moema Prime and Abbobora – regular clinicas / massage. My 3 favorite clinicas and in good locations. Big lineup, good quality girls, service has a bigger range than the higher end clinicas, but I've had some amazing service from girls at all 3. Pricing is very affordable from 190,240 to 330 (for the 3 different clinicas) for 60 min.

4) Bomboa – Higher end boate: Great convenient location. Has a very homey feel, like you would find in a nice Latina restaurant with live music. The atmosphere and energy is very nice and decently lively, without it being too loud or overbearing. A lot of girls for its size (usually 50-75 girls and smaller than Casarao by a tad). Good variety and lots of pretty young women of all shapes and sizes. Pricing is on average a little less than Scandallo. R5-700 for 60 min and 800 to 1,500 for overnight. It's my main Scandallo backup when I want to see a different set, but similar quality of girls, when compared to Scandallo. Min consumption has been bumped up to R300.

5) Café Photo – Luxury boate: Great convenient location. I've basically given up on Café Photo as a backup to Scandallo, as they have so little women now (anywhere from 25 to 40) and the girls ask for almost as much as Scandallo. I like the logistics (setting, location, service from the staff and lack of an exit fee), but they lack in what matters most, a lot of hot women to choose from. They have 1/6th to 1/10th the amount of girls when compared to Scandallo. The average quality is only slightly worse compared to Scandallo, but when their lineup is so much smaller, you can easily leave the place empty handed if all the hot ones are occupied. I come here only if I want a relaxing change of pace with a shorter uber ride from my hotel. R350 admission, on some nights all of it is consumption.

However, my comments were about the increase in pricing of the cover and min consumption for Scandallo, which has very little correlation to what the girls ask / accept from the guys.

I believe my only point about the increase in mongering prices is that it has increased anywhere from 40% to 150% globally. So I actually don't find the increase in mongering prices in Sao Paulo, and of the Scandallo girls specifically, to be that bad. This is especially true, when I see mostly the upward shift mostly in the ceiling of the price range, with the floor pricing still attainable.
