Today I went to komplex around 3 pm. It didn't look busy and the music wasn't blasting from outside. That I really appreciated.

I started first going to Mega Ayu. Mamasan came to me and said something I had no clue. I tried to look for the girls but could only see a few further down.

If you're not desperate to get laid, then arriving alone then jumping on the location based apps may bring up pleasant surprises with little downside risk. Certainly better than being stuck with a porker as the only option for the whole time.

You need to chill out a little bit, relax, especially now that you know the ropes. Have a drink or two, smile a lot, if your Bahasa Indonesia isn't great, just shrug your shoulders in the universal manner, give a broad grin and make it out that "Hey I don't understand a word anyone is saying here, but we all know what we want so let's get it on shall we?" Try to lose the nervous tourist look, feeling for your wallet and camera whenever a local person approaches you to talk to you.

In the room, try to get some sort of rapport going with the girl, it's not essential, after all you are the paying client and it's her job to service you, but you never know, the service might get upgraded from basic to a little bit extra if you can get her to laugh now and then. Looks reasonably priced, but if you get to your hotel, more than likely you'll be able to work out a better rate and have a great time. I was staying at the Sheraton Mustika and while it's an older hotel, it's not too bad. I do like the Marriott connected to the mall but that was twice the price. The Sheraton front desk was able to hook me up with the Sheraton price of a silver / golden bird all day for 1 M and I got to put it on the roomcharge for points. Morning view of Boro, then over to the temple site. (Can't do sunrise at the temple for now and can't go into the temple due to pandemic and renovation measures). The temple is not closed, but if you there too early, it'll look like it's closed. Went to the other temple mentioned too, it's a common route to hit both temples. Then Mt. Merapi the volcano. The driver will set up some off road adventure for you, depending on how much you pay, it's about an hour tour and it's fun enough. You pay for all of the entry tickets out of pocket this way, and even in the end when you add everything all up, you're still saving quite a bit of money (I did with a party of 2, not sure you'll save that much party of 1).

Yogyakarta is also called Jogja. The airport is not in the city anymore. It's referenced as New Yogyakarta international airport. It's about an hour southwest from downtown. The tour of the 3 spots will likely be about 2. 5 hours drive time total. Add 1. 5 hours for viewing from nearby hillside of Boro, add 1 hour for Boro, add 1 hour for Pramba, add 1. 5 to 2 hours for Merapi. The driver will stop for lunch at his favorite rated restaurant. You buy lunch, he gets it for free. Don't forget the driver tip at Mt. Merapi offroading and your silver / golden bird at the end of the day.
