I was in the Premiere recently but unsuccessful in getting anyone for less than 1,500 AED. There was plenty of choice and a few stunners but haggling was harder than normal. The queue of under aged blokes trying to get in was quite funny. When the club closed, there were a few nice options outside but they wanted the money upfront (I don't think so! This was a bit weird as we had not agreed on anything but it was nice walking through the mall with a tasty blonde. The security guard in the mall entrance for the Arjan Rotana did not say anything because she looked like a tourist with her bags of shopping.
In my room, I could not find any of my Dirhams just a fistful of dollars. She decided to have another fag in my non smoking room. I told her I did not have any AED and needed to go down and pay my bill with my credit card and get some more cash from the ATM. She replied with "is $100 ok". Now, my maths is quite good so I got her to repeat her offer and yes she was willing to shag for $100 USD. This ended up being a quick 15 minutes pump and dump. There was no DFK or OWO. But the sex quick but good. We both got cleaned up and went back downstairs. She went shopping. I ended up getting a soup for 40 AED and a shag for $100. Not a bad way to spend the afternoon. I visited Dubai last week on business trip (escaping from the jail. KSA of course) that's where my company sent me.
Any way I planned my 2 working days (Wednesday & Thursday) and complement my self with Friday.
I booked through [URL]booking.com[/URL] the famous (but dubai city max) to be in the safe side. Car booked also from online and receive it at the airport.
Start in Wednesday, hard running trying to finish early, but I finished work stuff little late, no time to rest.
Back to hotel for check and had shower to start, then crowed at the reception desk, and what a Fuc*.
They asked the guy in the front of me about who will be the second person in the room, and they highlighted to him that she must be the same nationality as the hotel policy changed.
He argued some time. Then he canceled his booking and left.
Now it's my turn, I showed my booking doc, my problem is that I already paid online before.
The receptionist start telling me the same new rules, I started arguing with her that I made my booking online earlier and I'm a customer to the hotel and this my first time to hear about this. And no indications for that online.
The receptionist asked me about who will be with me in the room, I answered a friend will arrive later at 2. 0 M, then I was asked about her name & nationality, I replied name (Alina) nationality Ukrainian (as I like the CIS).
Up to the room, showered and change clothes, then visited the 3 places of gold triangle. I didn't find something nice in York, only pretty tall girl going outside with a guy.
Jockey's only one nice girl but little chubby, then regal which was full of heavy makeup girls.
Talked to many of them after ensuring the eye contact and the chemistry. The problem most of them are not kissing (shit I like kissing).

Might well be the rule is set for the specific purpose of making the P4 P difficult for those hotel willing to do so and loosely if not at all enforced for those venues not minding or not in the business.
There are countless examples of non P4 P couples of different nationalities, and / or not legitimate, calling at hotels with not a bit of a question. If the rule is enforced 100% (and it is not) a fall back in the tourist industry would do surface.

But I have never seen them refusing genuine travellers who are of different nationality checking in together. Yes, local law says so many things about a man and woman staying together. But that goes against Dubai's current push for tourism hence it is applied on selective basis. Five stars hotels like Le Meridien, Sheraton, Marriot which attracts European or American tourists will never apply such policies for their guests. But there can be problem in Raddison Blue creek sometimes because of WG from Kubu walking accross the reception. Few days ago my friend took a Fili in Marriot and no one stopped him.
My first business trip to Duabi in ten years, although I have been to AD a few times in between, I had Thursday and Friday nights free ay the end of a four day trip.
Thursday. Took a cab to York International as I'd had some action there during my last stay. The bar was packed with pushy Africans 5/6 at best. Didn't try the club. I decided to walk down towards Sea View. A nice Phili type offered me business in the street. Tempting, but it seemed dangerous to get into conversation in a public place so I walked on.
Arrived at Sea View and it was exactly as I remembered it. The same band, with the same female base guitarist and the same 80's rock music. Great.

Face and blond hair. She said she was from Minsk. I didn't really care. She asked for AED1,000 LT. We settled for AED500 + the cab fare back ST. She stayed two hours and gave.
Good value. She was a bit shy and had to be coaxed. She 'learned' to DFK quickly enough though and gave a very good BBBJ. Name was Sophia. Face 8 body 7 performance 7.
So there we are guys. Two nights and two girls. I prefer AD as the girls are cheaper, but all in all not a bad couple of nights.

I arrived at DXB last evening on a long flight from ATL. Flights like that are much better when sitting in business class. It also helps to get the business class pass through customs, which cuts the time you stand at passport control by 90% (5 minutes for me and I saw long lines which looked to be at least an hour long). Picked up a few bottles of liquor and some Cuban cigars in Duty Free and exchange some dollars right there. Rate there is 3. 61, which is not bad, but you can get 3. 65 in any Mall. I am not sweating the 4 dhrs per 100 USD. The Dirahm is fixed to the USD at 3. 675.
To my hotel and after a quick shower and shave, I headed for Premiere at the Hyatt Regency in Diera arriving at 11:30. Always a huge selection and since it was Friday night, the place was busy when I arrived, but packed when I left at about 1:30 with the catch of the day. After arriving, I light up a nice Cohiba Piramides Extra. A nice cigar, but would be much better if I was able to age it for a year. No luck until the rules for cuban cigars in the US loosen in the next few months. It was great for the first 3/4 of the smoke, but started to get a bit acidic torwards the end and I had to discard it. It was okay timing wise as it was getting a bit crowded making it hard to find an open area to puff this monster cigar.
The girls are great as always. I am always suprised at some girls who are larger and not very sexy who pay the cover charge (110 for girls) and expect to find a guy. I guess there are some Arab guys who like the bigger girls. Not I though. Plenty of CIS, PRC and Muslim girls to choose from. The catch for today was a Moroccan girl named Hiatt (like the hotel) who was slim, about 5'7" and slightly above 110#. She was pretty in the dark and not too bad in the light of my hotel room. This temporary change may last a few weeks to a few months.
Some hotels cater for families and obviously never knowingly allow wgs. It just their business model.
I have no doubt in my mind that what goes on in Dubai is with knowledge and consent of the people who can stop it. Their sporadic hardening probably designed to appease a few hardliner and to keep the lower strata fearful and obedient.
A little twist in the rules could help both punters and the wgs by eliminating the middle man. Probably that is not reflected in other industries either.
In my view it is essentially about having the tools to handle any specific situation. By allowing people to be on the wrong side (so to speak) you can be sure that when you need you can "handle" the situation. Most people will never be in this situation, but those involved in business better think twice before disagreeing with a local partner / customer / vendor. One of the first stories I herd here was abut a guy who was arrested by holding hands with his girlfriend on the street. After he had a disagreement with a local business partner.
As you point this must be used sparely as it would kill the business.

Night #2 was much better and more memorable than Night #1. I started the evening at Cin Cin in the Fairmont Hotel. Odd that they had all the entry ways but one cordoned off. I didn't ask why, but they asked where I was going and let me pass once I mentioned Cin Cin. I wonder if there is a celebrity staying in the hotel or there was a dinner / meeting that required extra security. I swear I saw one of the actors from GOT at the JW Marriott Marquis the previous night eyeballing my date.
