If still around, how is the Termae Bar nowadays?[/QUOTE]It is actually located in the basement of Ruamchitt Plaza Hotel Soi 15, Sukhumvit Road. Conveniently located between Nana and Asoke BTS. I was there a week before X'mas and it was jammed packed with women / guys. I think it opens around 8-9 pm and closes around 2 am. I would guess there were at least 80-100 girls in there and about 50-70 guys during peak hours. The hottest girls were lining up on the left side (the bar / cashier side) and the less expensive ones were standing or sitting on stools on the right. In the middle is a big winding bar where all the guys can sit, order drinks and scope out the talent. There are also some girls sitting on these stools, waiting for customers. There are tables in the backside 'to interview' the girls that catch your fancy. There are tables on the sides also but the girls stand in front of them, presumerably to sit and talk to them if you are interested.
Since I was just interested in the hottest ones, I hung out at the bar / cashier side, but towards the other end (they seem to get prettier as they move away from the cashier towards the stairs in the back). The talent was very good when I was there. The prettier ones were 19-22 yo, fair-complexioned but also darker, exotic ones if you like them that way. But they were pricey, most were quoting 2000 Baht for ST (2-3 hours) and 4000. 6000 Baht all-nighters. Some of them are real stunners, reminds you of Asian college cuties: tall thin and very pretty. If I had to put a number scale, I'd say 8. 5 out of 10 for looks and 8/10 for body (some dress down so you can clearly see their tight body while others cover up their goods to look classy but you know they have the goods just looking at how nicely the clothing is covering their contours). I hired one for 2000B ST as she does not do LT (work next morning). She was dressed formally with black pants and nice blouse not giving anything away except subtle hints of her feminem endowments. She was pretty enough for me. All you have to do, if they are interested in you, is look her way, they will be smiling, pretending to be shy, and then waiting for you to give hand signal to come over. The more aggressive ones will beacon you over to sit. But this girl knew she didn't have to and just waited and see some of the guys in action in this top-end corner. I saw a few drunk guys, a fat balding guy, a middle-aged skinny geek acting all dorky, all accoasted these girls while I was still making up my mind. To my amazement, none of the girls would give them the time of the day. Maybe they were regulars that only look, but I wanted to grab them aside and tell them to stop acting goofey and just sit and act cool. As this is what most guys were doing. Anyways, the night was getting late and she seemed to be the best one there so I beaconed her over and she came immediately. We talked the business end and within 5 minutes we were out the door walking to my hotel 10 minutes away. When I unwrapped her, I guessed right, she had a tall, slender tight body. 9/10 in my book. She told me she worked at the mall during the daytime selling cosmetics and does this on the side whenever she needed extra cash. Perhaps BS story but I wouldn't doubt it as she is attractive enough to play that part. She was no starfish, very cheery and accomodating, because of her braces though, the smoke was covered. I know it was pricey but I think only about 10% of girls there would I consider top-end girls worthy of this rate. Maybe it was high-season, maybe I paid too much, but I enjoyed the time I spent with her. We even went out for a cheap eat afterwards, very much GFE, at least she made me feel like one, always chatting, smiling asking questions however irrelevant they seem. I also once had a dud that did not speak much and lost interest quickly after we did the deed. I'd say majority of girls there are 6's & 7's (80%) while 8/9's (10-15%). The age range is 18. 35. I've heard that the less attractive ones costs 1/2 of the prices of what the top-end ones were asking. So far, I like the system, no pressure to buy drinks, the girls just stand there waiting while you make up your mind. You can walk in / out and look without any hassle from management. I think I was there for 3 hours one night and bought only 2 drinks which were relatively cheap compared to beer bars and go-gos prices. I also went to BeerGarden, the other 'hot' FL bar with a similar system. There were tons of girls there during the day / night, but I have to say they were definetely not in same league as Thermae.
