If that's your thing, I'd recommend postponing until the warmer months. I've been at both Oase and Sharks in November through March, and there was no one out there, so unless you like being a polar bear, alone in the dark, I'd recommend against it.
Personally, I prefer Oase to Sharks for the environs. I really like the fresh air and grass and trees in and around the property. The pool also seems newer and cleaner. Don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed Sharks too, but it's located in an industrial area of big box stores. No trees and fresh air. In recent visits, the girls at Sharks were more fun though.
I can see how the inside of Oase in the winter might be a drag. The ventilation isn't great, so a lot of rooms smell like cheap perfume, cigarette smoke, and sex. Sharks is slightly better -- more ventilation and the rooms are bigger.

Visited Shark after several weeks of break, for me the food was very bad today, also the inside sauna was not operating, overall I am starting to be disappointed by the low level of maintenance and cleaning, no shampoo in many shower, toilet dirty etc. On top of all that it was also not very warm inside and some girls were complaining.
