Any of you with part time experience with this?
I've just found out that some non-pro's have BFs with benefits. I think they get to date and the guy pays a monthly some (benefits).
This is ideal for those of us that visit DXB regularly. Keep a non-pro on a retainer.
Anyone had experience of this and can share how this works. How to structure and set the level of benefits. What's the norm?

Weighing in on the African Debate
I am an 8 year Dubai vet but not a prolific poster or monger at this point. I've read the ongoing discussion the last year or so about the "poor performance" of the African Business Ladies relative to some other nationalities, i.e. Filipinos most often cited.
First let me say I have been a semi regular customer of the Ethiopian ladies at York, as well as Filipinos from various locations over the 8 years. Probably in equal measure.
When I read the negative criticisms of Africans (And here I mean specifically Ethiopians), I think some mongers just go into the experience with unreasonable expectations, and a lack of understanding on how to have a very positive experience.
So here are my points of how to take home an African provider (specifically an Ethiopian) in such a way that it is a positive experience.
Rule One: DO NOT expect a blow job. It will not happen and even asking is pointless. It is part of the Ethiopian culture that it is dirty and degrading to do this. So if you absolutely consider a blow job an essential part of a pick up, then just don't bother with Ethiopians and move onto a different nationality. I usually let them know in a joking way during the interview that I know they won't do this. Points in your favor.
However, if you can accept the fact a blow job is not going to happen, but that if you play your cards right you will have an otherwise excellent sexual experience, and get to play with a body that, sorry, most Filipinos only have in their dreams, then move onto the next section. If a blow job is a must, you can just stop reading now.
Rule Two: Have a good talk with the girl, get to know her, ask a lot of questions, see if there is a vibe and see if you trust her. The best experience you will have with an Ethiopian girl, is if you make a genuine connection and she likes you. Even more important, do you trust her when her lips move. Ethiopian women are very easy to read. So once you get past the nice chit chat, where you from, how long in Dubai, etc. Lay out the ground work for the night.
For example Last night at York, my initial small talk conversation went very well with an Ethiopian woman and I then laid the groundwork for our "contract". We went back and forth and agreed on 600 AED for the full night. Me: How long will you stay? Her: How long you want I stay? Me: You will stay until 9 AM. We will go home, have drink, have sex, go to sleep, wake up at 8 AM, and have sex one more time before you leave at 9 AM. Her: OK Me: So for 600 AED you are staying until 9 AM and we have sex one more time at 8 AM? Her: Yes.
The out come here was we stayed up until 6 AM fucking (Two sessions with one break) set the alarm for 8 AM had sex again and she left.
Rule Three: Choosing the right "material. ". Now why would you intentionally choose a provider that you are already sure in advance will not give you a Blow Job over one you know will give you one. Because the point she has in her favor is a banging body. Very few Nationalities can compete with the Ass and tits of an Ethiopian along with looks often sited as the best in Africa. During the interview you want to give a good visual inspection also. She will let you put your arm around her waist in the club, use that opportunity to gauge body fat. Generally they are not overweight, but some that have been here a while may have put on the pounds. Let your hand discreetly wander down to the ass and gauge the form. Try to accidentally rub against the breasts and see if they have a well padded bra and check the cleavage. (Although more often then not, African women just have larger breasts then most nationalities.).
Rule Four: Find a personality you seem to get along with, this is also essential. There are some African Pros who are all business, but if you open your eyes they tend to have a bad poker face, the bullshit meter will come on if you are really looking for it.
From there, most of the concepts that apply with other nationalities apply with these ladies. Back in the room treat them with respect, compliment them, tell them they are beautiful, tell them they have a sexy body, treat them like a girl friend. If you have done the first 4 rules correctly, everything for a nice time in the bedroom should fall into place.
In my 8 years in Dubai, mongering with many Filipinos and Many Ethiopians, yes the sex is sometimes better with the Filipino, yes they will give you a bare back blow job, but, as a general rule, they just can't match up to an Ethiopian body. And Ethiopians are fine once you start fucking as long as they like you. I haven't had a bad experience (That some have described) with an Ethiopian in years.
So my point in this debate is just think carefully about what exactly you want, some times its worth giving up a little to unwrap a really sexy package of ass and tits and get to play with that all night in your bed. To me, it's worth it.
