No other club has the high ceilings and the multiple floors and open layout that HK does. And the adjacent Las Chavelez club.

On weekends it is like 6 different clubs rolled into one experience.

That open bright tall ceiling feeling is not even possible to re-create easily in other clubs. Structurally they don't have the horizontal or vertical space.

None of the other clubs give you the same feeling as HK.

Therefore people may get upset and come less often to HK. But most will not go to the other Tijuana clubs.

Waiters and chicks pushing a $30 champange. Waiter said it was 13 and then opened it saying it was 30. Three girls total asked for it. The first waiter was making a big deal to one of the HK guys in black that he sold it. Counts as 3 drinks as the girl got 3 tickets. She drank it like it was 1 beer time wise. The next two girls asked for it and I got up and left. I did not even bother talking more. Most girls did not ask for it.

That champagne thing is how the higher end clubs in GDL do as well. You can get a glass for 350 pesos or a small bottle for 900 and full size for around 3500. The difference with most GDL bars is that the bar gets at least half of what the costs are. So unlike HK you don't take a girl to the hotel you just go to a room in the club and pay the fee and the girl only gets part of that. So a lot of the girls like HK or other bars in Tijuana because they get to keep whatever money they make having sex with clients. The only downside is that some bars may be strict about them getting a certain amount of fichas since that's how the bar makes money. The thing I like about GDL is that it's a nicer city and has a better class of clients in the clubs that I like. I'd definitely recommend you visit especially if you know a girl that will show you around and spend time with you.

IMO they let to many guys in that don't spend money and it's making it worse for the rest of us.

I don't have much of an issue with the shenanigans, like I said they are just trying to make money and they never force you to do anything. If I'm not happy or having fun in HK I just go elsewhere.

But a real cover charge, say 10 bucks. The average dude, not counting millionaires, probably drops 80 a night in hk, not counting $ for girls. Plus another $30 in hk hotel. If you charge a cover, and 150 less guys go in each night, that's over 12 k in lost sales, so you'd have to hope the cover fee makes up for that. It would be possible, if they hadn't tripled hk size with all tbe expansion. But they probably figure, we made all this room, we should use it, instead of sending guys to other bars which could be bad for business if another bar ever gets good enough.

I suspect HK is popular primarily due to the large selection of close to 100 hot, young girls on weekends, with new girls coming to work every week. Lots of guys go to HK regularly to hook up with girls they know in the past, or to look for new girls.

Sound quality in the main bar is very good, nice, clean sound with clear vocals and booming but tight bass. The stage lighting is also good. It let the girls show their sexy, appealing features while hiding ugly blemishes.

Air conditioning is cool and fresh even with the club packed like a sardine can. On hot nights I would find a table near the front door or under the pussy stairs in the middle of the club, where air shafts blow down cold air.

I was wandering in and out of the club last Saturday night and noticed HK did not charge $5 cover for the beer. Both front and back door had no guy sitting with the beer drums, WTF? The club has gotten way too crowded with lots of low-spending clients. Recently I have seen very few guys buying bottles, just lots of guys milling around windows shopping, kicking tires, not spending much. There are way too many meseros, and they can be annoying.

HK has been trying to tighten rules in the club and push guys to spend more on fichas, privados and bar fines for taking girls LT. Chicago has been trying hard and has had hot girls on weekends with continuous strip and hot tub shows. It's sad to see strippers never get tips for their performances. Girls here will give you much higher mileage for fichas with lap dances, DFK, full groping ad fingering in the open. You may be able to find girls fitting your taste here.

Time to give HK some competition. Don't just sit in HK all night. Take your business to Chicago to encourage them to come to work. HK will have to improve to keep up with competition. Without competition there will be no incentives to make improvements and to progress. We need to help La Zona develop better putas business with more hot girls and sexier services.

If she stays more than 1 hour, you have to pay someone $100 as a room charge.

If she stays more than 30 minutes, but less than one hour, nobody knows how much you pay somebody.

So, how much do you pay the chica for 30 minutes?

The best time I had that night was with a 7 who was fun af during the drink and was a firecracker in the room. If HK is telling them to be no fun in the club the are going to have the same attitude in the room.

The most fun girls are in other clubs and it was not even close. Shoot I had more fun with a street girl then any of the HK girls.

I want the clubs to make money.

They also need to realize having fun with the girls is why we come. The girls are the talent that brings the customer.

I usually get the VIP card but that does not help with these things. I would be good paying for some kind of wristband that tell people to quit fucking with me and let me have my fun.

It is starting to sound like HK has the same problem some of these girls have. They not very good are recognizing who the customers are that spend a lot of money and making sure they have a good time and want to come back.

I have explained the Vegas Whale concept to a couple girls over the summer. One told me I am her biggest whale by far LOL.

We have talked about making an HK app that we can use while in the bar. It would recognize the girls phones around us and tell us what services they offer. It could also have some kind of rating as to how big of a whale the client is.

They probably don't let homeless looking people in or maybe we would see it. So I don't know where you get that idea from. Besides if I just blew 40 bucks on 3 drinks for a girl and tips, and moved to another spot how would anyone know how much I spent? Waiters don't even let you sit at a table unless your spending money. Plus how much is the cut off? A lot guys didn't get 40% pay increases from covid / inflation. Some of us got no pay increase. I used to go to Mexico with $50 bucks just 4, 5 years ago. It would be enough to drink on revolucion, check into hk hotel for the night at $12 bucks, get my free beers, free breakfast in hk in the morning, half price lap dance, buy 2 more beers at other bars, and tip hk girls 10 bucks. I felt like I was contributing to maxixe economy. NOW? Yeah those days are over. Mexico became south san Diego unfortunately barely a difference in prices. I eat all day long in nyc right now for cheaper than I was eating in Tijuana this summer.

If HK is serious about increasing revenues, the first thing it should do is focus on stopping its waiters from stealing from the customers which indirectly steals from the HK bar itself. If HK is too fucking stupid to appreciate this, let me explain. I walk into a bar with $100, intending to buy 10 drinks. The waiters walks off with my $20 every time. I am too fucking stupid so I attribute that to the cost of doing business and make a fucking retarded comparison to the cost in Vegas. At the end of the night, I buy only 5 drinks because I ran out of money. So at the end of the night, $50 went to the HK bar. And the other $50 went into the pocket of the thieving waiters.

At this point, HK managers look at themselves and scratch their heads wondering why revenue s were short of forecast based on the count of customers entering HK. HK management, wake the fuck up and realize that the waiters are not making a dollar here and there off of stupid customers. The waiters are stealing a boat load of money stealing from the HK bar.

Stop managing the customers. We don't work for you. Manage your own fucking employees.
