Its been a long time since I used these services but 2 I have used were uaapartments and kievrent. Uaapartments lists apartments for many cities in Ukraine. Always get a centrally located apartment, you don't want to be catching taxis all the time.

However, previously I only stayed for a couple of weeks at a time (more on longer term rentals in a minute). On those sites you can use filters to narrow things down to apartments /"specialty lodging"/ etc. , what you want, like specific areas (city center, Pechersk, left bank, Podil, etc.) and, most importantly, rates (they will usually be quoted as nightly rates but can be easily extrapolated to monthly). For example, to narrow your "monthly" rate to between $600 and $900, simply choose a nightly price range from $20 to $30. A benefit here is that there should be reviews and ratings for most properties and some locations allow for cancellations before certain dates, no deposits, airport shuttles, etc.

Now I am like you. I will soon return to Ukraine for the 5th time, only this time I will stay for almost 2 months so I, too, am looking for longer term apartments. One site I found that looks very promising (can't actually vouch for it yet since haven't rented any of their properties) is Kiev International Realty ("International" is abbreviated in the URL). Here again, I used various filters to narrow down for what and where I'm looking. For example, I chose their 3 areas covering city center and monthly rate. Between $500 and $900 - and the site returned 296 apts. You can list them out in various ways (e. G. , price, lowest to highest). The site presents the properties well with plenty of pics, descriptions, maps, etc. Check out the one bedroom near the Perchers 'ka Metro station for $730, . It looks beautiful and the location is fairly good (for me at least). Good luck!
