I would say that you showed the very definition of idiocy with your post. One thing is for sure, there are ample opportunities for you to do just what you would rather do, but that doesn't in any way diminish my experience or the pleasure I experienced from it. If that is what you took away from my post then all I can say is that you were not the "target audience", and I am okay with that. I don't have the need for everyone to find my puny little contributions worthy of their time and consideration. If one or two people find it interesting or maybe even brought a sly grin to their face, then it was more than worthwhile. I couldn't agree more. IMHO, there is more to life than being the "shag du jour" for a lass that is using what skills she has to make a living. Not that there is ANYTHING wrong with that and I certainly enjoy bumping uglies with a beautiful gal, regardless of the monetary arrangement. I appreciate what you guys are saying. G clubs have top model quality talent not usually found in Go Go's. Furthermore, these clubs can be an entertaining way to spend an evening drinking and being attended to by very attractive ladies. I think it works if you have the time, the cash, and the game to make it work. If I were staying in BKK for a month or longer, these venues might be a really good means to gain access to the type of girls I really want to get to get it on with and not for just one night. Becoming a member is the first step. Another issue with these clubs is that they are more geared to the group party not an individual. If I were to go into a club solo, I am sure they would try to accommodate me and make me feel at home, but all the costs would be on me and I think the expense would be considerable. Still I have always thought about giving it a try whenever I am in BKK and have the time, but so far, I have never got around to doing it. High end soapies have some very attractive girls too.

it's horses for courses.[/quote]agreed! to each his own. at 46 i want to put as little effort into getting laid as possible. i have very little interest in interacting with most females unless they are well educated and well read. i doubt i would find that in a g-club, here or back home for that matter.
now, if i were 10 years younger i would be far more apt to "play the game," (and i spent plenty of eves in piano 10 plus years ago) or it would for sure be worth a good chunk of change to be able to st with gals you see at g-clubs and have them perform, but as i said, for me not worth the effort. at this age it is all about me, and it is the girl that needs to do the entertaining. i never have been one for wh&emancing!

Great post! Only thing lacking was the name of the G Club for those of us who would like to check it out for ourselves. I used to spend a lot of time in LOS but these days my trips are limited to 1 or 2 days while in transit to somewhere else. Point being that I just don't have enough time to devote to hanging out in these clubs and develop relationships that would ultimately result in a "happy ending". It sounds like a lot of fun though and I can well understand your point of view. I can remember many times in the past where some of my most memorable nights were spent just hanging out having fun with one or more beautiful ladies in a club. Just drinking, chatting and laughing. Sometimes those nights ended up with sex, sometimes not, but it didn't really matter because I always had a great time just being with them in an easy, relaxed atmosphere. There is a lot to be said for that.
I've seen numerous comments on your post from individuals who think it's ludicrous to spend a few thousand baht just to have a conversation with a beautiful girl rather than spend that same amount in a soapie where there is a guaranteed (?) end result. Well, that's a valid point for many guys who only have a short time to spend and need to make the most of it but one shouldn't dispute the fact that now and then, a great time can be had even if there is no sex involved. Gogo's and soapies can become very mundane and uninspiring after a while and it's nice to do something different which can be even more fulfilling. Such as a G-Club.

Nice post, those places do have an audience. However, this is International [b]Sex[/b] Guide, so the crowd is appropriately biased.
It's not the "let's hang out and drink at posh places, massage our egos, pretend we're a big shot, and maybe seduce a haughty sponsor-seeking totty" guide. G-clubs are way too overpriced and unreliable for sex, although some people find them good value for other purposes.
